Construction is ongoing due to Hurricane Ian. Pools are NOW Open. We do have grills available on site, far end of parking lot by Bldg. 1 and 2. We will update our listing as soon as that changes. We have a temporary pickle ball court and corn hole boards available to use. You will see/hear heavy construction equipment and workers during your stay. Inside of our condo is construction free and you do have access to the balcony! Our rates have been reduced to accommodate the construction, and no additional discounts will be given.

You will have full access to our beautifully remodeled studio condo to enjoy your beach vacation. Located on the 9th floor looking southwest you will be amazed at the ocean views. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, the whole deal, beautiful marble like tile floor. The updates continue into the bathroom with a walk in shower. The condo is located across the street from Bonita Beach with a pedestrian cross walk for easy access. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, beach cart, beach umbrella and beach towels & chairs. We also provide a starter kit for your basic essentials toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap ect. It doesn't get much better than this.
