Beautiful apartment by the bay!

This 2 bedroom condo has been completely remodeled inside with all new flooring, kitchen, a beautiful custom fireplace in the living area and brand new furniture. Bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2022. The building is bayfront but this unit faces East and has partial bayviews from the balcony. The balcony has an electric grill and comfortable chairs to relax at the end of the day. 2 Flat Panel TV s, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. 2 full bathrooms, WIFI, full size front load washer and dryer, one assigned parking spot out front and additional visitor parking spots available. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds and one double bed. 4 Beach Badges for tenant use. A $40.00 charge for every badge not left in the unit at check-out.

Great location!

This condo was in a great location! We loved walking to the local coffee and breakfast shops in the morning. Although we drove to the beach (kids and a lot of gear!), you could walk. The sunsets were definitely beautiful. We would stay again!

Best in Beach Haven

Nothing beats the sunsets by the bay! Perfect spot for my young adult children to walk to the night clubs and the family to walk to the restaurants. The owner Rich would check in with me and was quick to respond to any questions or issues! Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful Bayside condo

Wonderful Experience !

We loved our stay, the unit looks exactly like the pictures, has everything you could need, the owner was very responsive. The sunsets are amazing on the Bay, everything is close by but this location is very quiet and relaxing. The beach is a little walk but the sunsets make up for that. :) LBI has so many great restaurants and our child loved Fantasy Island. We would absolutely 100 % stay here again, we had a great time !

Rich’s property on the bay was a great location- a few blocks away from the beach and perfect position for watching sunsets on the bay. The condo was clean, neat, and comfortable. I would recommend Rich’s place for couples and families alike!

Ideal LBI location

This 1st floor Beach Haven condo was the perfect location in Beach Haven for a vacation with my elderly parents. It’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and water activities. No need to drive anywhere! It’s nicely decorated, well stocked and clean. The owner Rich was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend his place!

Bravo for Bayview in Beach Haven

We had a wonderful time and stay at this condo. Having stayed in the complex (not unit) in years past - we are very familiar with the area and knew once we parked our car we wouldn’t be moving it for a week. Everything we enjoy to do is that close! The condo itself was perfect for our needs - clean, quiet, convenient, easy check in and checkout, washing machine and dryer made keeping up with laundry convenient and allowing things to air dry on balcony was a nice option as well. And the owner was accessible anytime I had a question - especially prior to our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely seaside getaway

Loved so much, asked owner if we could rent for extra days. Very very Clean, well stocked with family games, books and cooking utensils and cookware, beach vibe decorated, amazing location... walking and bike to everything. Bay view was gorgeous. Owner was very responsive to any questions within an hour or less. Perfect size for family of 5. Would definitely rent again! Great family time!

Nice place at a reasonable rate

We had a wonderful stay by the bay! Rich was great - very communicative and everything was as pictured. Lots of little extras; for example, I had forgotten a beach bag and to my delight, I found some bags and little coolers in the front closet. Not 'disappointed' in anything as we already knew the condition of the bathrooms, but they do prevent me from rating 5 stars across the board. Definitely not something that would prevent us from staying here again. The beds were comfortable, the view was great and couldn't ask for a quieter location. We loved sitting down on the benches on the east side of the property in the late afternoon. Bay Village is only a few blocks away and The Chicken or the Egg is nice and close as well - one of our favorite spots to get food. We did drive to the beach as it would be quite a hike carrying coolers and chairs but we had no problem finding a spot to park. Rent Rich's place--you won't be sorry.

Overpriced Condo

While owner and location were great The pictures where a little deceiving. We have been renting in LBI for over 20years so for the price we paid for this unit this year we were very disappointed with certain aspects of the property. Both bathrooms are in desperate need of a renovation-the vanities were falling apart they used curtains as doors on each vanity and on the bathroom door. There was also a gross handicapped seat screwed to bathroom shower in master bathroom. Also lack of kitchen utensils like only 3 actual wine glasses, knives were so dull we couldn’t even slice a lime. All hand soap in bathroom and kitchen was actually dishwashing liquid. Thank god I bought my own bath soap Would not rent this home again
