An absolute must

Too bad we can't give 6 stars, would certainly be worth them! This house is so well equipped, it feels like home away from home. A Hidden Gem

The communication with the owner was faultless and was able to answer all my questions and they were always quick to come back with the answers. We were given clear and concise directions as well as a contact number. Anyone looking for a private property with great facilities this is the place. The house was just as described on the website and was a roomy well proportioned property. The kitchen was great with a large fridge freezer and integrated oven and microwave. There were two dining areas, one outside with a large table and one inside with a large table. The rooms were all well proportioned and the shower room in the master was fantastic. The outside was ideal as it had a large covered decking area which was out of the sun and the heated pool was adjacent. The pool was better than imagined with steps to get in and then a constant depth throughout. It is a decent sized pool. The pool was advertised as being heated and I can confirm that it was to a suitable temperature. The location is ideal, for shopping in Leon or a quick trip to the boulangerie. Ten out of ten, and thank you.

Komfortables Ferienhaus nahe Atlantikküste mit Pool

Wir waren zu zweit in dem schönen Haus. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn haben wir wunderbare zwei Wochen in dem gepflegten Haus genossen, an dem es an nichts fehlte. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Excellent sejour

Très jolie maison avec tout le confort et conforme à l’annonce.Un gros plus pour l’espace extérieur avec une terrasse en bois et une jolie piscine chauffée…un séjour reposant à proximité de plein de balade et baignades (lac,océan…) Un petit coucou et un grand merci à Marie et Claude qui nous ont accueilli avec une vraie gentillesse et beaucoup de disponibilite.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus, gern (immer) wieder!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Es war alles da, wie beschrieben, und sehr sauber! Bereits im Vorfeld sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Bei Ankunft herzlicher Empfang durch Marie + Claude. Beide waren sehr nett, grds. "unsichtbar", aber wenn gebraucht sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für ein sehr schönes Ferienerlebnis. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Es kam 3x in unserer Urlaubszeit ein Poolmensch, der den Pool extra gereinigt hat. Alles wurde für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach.

Sejour sympa

La maison est conforme à l'annonce, l'accueuil par les voisins est top Belle terrasse et piscine et l'aménagement interieur est bien pensé Par contre la literie est un peu trop dur = mal de dos Trop arraignées dans la maison (personne arachnophobe) et je ne parle pas de petits spécimens Moustiques bien présents en journée également La situation de la maison est bien et permet de bien rayonner pour les visites (Espagne, pays basques)

Une très très belle maison avec tout le confort qu’on peut avoir. Environnement très très calme, très reposant. Les voisins, Marie & Claude, sont très gentil à l’écoute et à disposition, un vrai plus ! On y retournera sans aucun doute !

Perfektes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Alles war so wie beschrieben und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der Dorfstraße in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Terrasse und die Poollandschaft sind von außen so gut wie nicht einsehbar. Supermärkte stehen in wenigen Autominuten in Léon oder Linxe zur Verfügung. In Léon kann der Fischladen und die gegenüberliegende Bäckerei empfohlen werden. Die Mitnahme von Fahrrädern lohnt sich. Es dauert zwar ein wenig, bis man die ausgewiesenen Fahrradstrecken erreicht, von dort sind die Strandbäder von Vieux-Boucau bis Contis aber einfach und sicher zu erreichen. Die netten Nachbarn Marie und Claude standen bei Fragen hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank auch an die Gastgeber Agnés und Cyrille für den erholsamen Urlaub.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus und haben uns gleich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Terrasse mit Pool einfach phantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in diesem Haus! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert und die freundlichen Nachbarn helfen immer gerne. Vor Ort wird allerdings nur Französisch (leider kein Englisch) gesprochen. Prima ausgestattet auch für Kinder und Kleinkinder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Saint-Michel-Escalus verbracht. Haus und Garten sind gut gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist angenehm beheizt und so konnten wir ihn auch an kühleren Tagen nutzen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und sogar Spielzeug ist vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Sehr erholsam

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Saint-Michel-Escalus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, alles ist sehr sauber. Das Internet ist nicht das Schnellste und sehr abhängig von der Tageszeit. Was für uns kein Problem sondern eher willkommen war. Highlights für uns waren zum einem der tolle Pool und vor allem der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marie und Claude. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und verfügbar wenn benötigt aber auch sehr diskret und unsichtbar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es tolle Strände und das schöne Bayonne ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Supermärkte und Bäcker sind auch schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in einem, wir hatten eine tolle, erholsame Zeit.

Séjour très agréable

Nous étions venus chercher du calme , c’est ce que nous avons trouvé ! Le parfait endroit pour se reposer ! Une maison Agréable entre forêt de pin et océan ! La maison est spacieuse , et les extérieurs sont le point fort de la propriété ! Un grand jardin bien vert , une terrasse en bois pour manger et flâner, et une piscine avec de belles dimensions ! Rien à redire sur le séjour ! Marie et Claude , les voisins , qui se sont occupés de nous donner les clés sont des gens très charmants et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons très vite !

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette jolie maison. La surface de la maison est parfaite pour une famille ainsi que la superficie du jardin. La piscine est bien entendu un atout supplémentaire à cette location qui nous a permis de nous baigner même les jours de pluie ! À 10 min en voiture des commerces et proches du lac de Leon ainsi que de la plage. Nous avons également apprécié la communication avec la propriétaire et la gentillesse des voisins qui veillent à ce que tout ce passe pour le mieux durant nos vacances.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Saint Michel Escalus. Cette belle maison est très bien située. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Et il est bien agréable de se détendre au calme au bord de la piscine ! La communication avec Agnès était facile et efficace. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par les voisins qui nous ont même prêté des jouets pour nos filles. Merci pour tout !

Ruhiges, geräumiges Anwesen mit Pool und Tischtennisplatte

Wir hatten eine wunderbare und sehr erholsame Woche. Die Kombination aus Pool, Tischtennisplatte, großer Terasse mit Laube, Grill und einem sehr geräumigen, sauberen Haus machen den Urlaub perfekt. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die netten Nachbarn helfen gerne bei Bedarf. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
