The house is in a quiet location, even in high season, close to cycle paths, (500 m), super U, tree climbing course (800m) and the city center. (1km)

- Large bright living room with its sitting area

-Living room on wooden terrace, overlooking the kitchen, with: Plancha / Deckchairs / and Sandpit for children.

-Possibilities of 2 bikes, for strolls on the ILE, to discover the oyster port, its multicolored cabins of craftsmen, its markets every day and 2 at night / week, and on Sunday the biggest market of the ILE, its restaurants with their Oleron specialties.

Without forgetting its beautiful sandy beaches, which surround the Castle (green wood - St Trojan .... ect)

And the pleasure of fishing for cockles - mussels - oysters during the tides .

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par les propriétaires qui nous ont donné les explications nécessaires.Le logement est pratique,bien équipé et spacieux. L’environnement est très calme et agréable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Superbe Villa

Île d'Oléron la location référencée N° HA-WFDQ14 Hébergement 1414701- Très pratique facile d'accès pour les courses restaurant et plein de carburant enfin tout. Les propriétaires sont adorables, très à l'écoute et ne font pas de manières. Bref nous en gardons un très bon séjour. La propreté de leur maison à la RENISIERE rue Bel Air maison très spacieuse. Tout est parfait. Merci de nous avoir permis d'entrer notre véhicule pour nous c'était très sécurisant. De tout coeur merci Monique et Jean-Marie Au plaisir de se revoir. Liliane et Gérard

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen 😊

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sehr gut 👍 Ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Bonnes vacances à Oléron

Nous avons passé un très bon moment sur l île, la maison est très agréable, propre, au calme et bien équipée. Nos hôtes ont été charmants et prévenant et nous ont donné plein de conseils pour visiter l île. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Fantastic summerhouse

Great house on a perfect spot. The house has everything for 4p. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace with plancha and a perfectly maintained garden. Just a kilometer from Le Chateau d’Oléron with its charming port and close to the nicest beaches at Plage Vert, the house itself is located in a very quiet area. Everything can be reached by bike, or car if really necessary. We loved it and strongly recommend the house to anyone. The owners friendly hospitality add to the holiday feeling.

Petite semaine sur l'île d'Ø

Belle location dans un quartier calme tout proche du château d'Oléron. La résidence est fidèle aux photo du site et on s'y sent à l'aise, jardin fleuri, petite terrasse sur le côté avec plancha pour les grillades. Propriétaires accueillants et bienveillants. Proche de la piste cyclable donnant accès à quasi toute l'île. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine et garderons les coordonnées de la location pour notre prochaine visite sur l'île.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au top , Nous avons été tres bien accueillis La maison est geniale Tout ce qu'il faut sur place dans la maison et les commerces vraiment a côté La literie tres bien, l exterieur tres jolie Par chance nous avons eu une meteo parfaite Les enfants, surtout une a passé ces meilleure vacances , et le deuxième enfants qui a 3 mois n a pas été perturbé par le changement de rythmes Nous avons beaucoup bougés, en passant par le phare de chassiron, le zoo la palmyre, l aquarium, etc... et pleins d autres balades Si vous souhaitez passé des vacances sur ile oleron ,nous vous recommandons cette maison Merci aux propriétaires de leurs accueil chaleureux, La famille Latour

Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec lesquels nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite à l'aise et même sympathiser avec eux. Toutefois, nous aurions aimé savoir que les 2 chambres étaient en enfilade.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison bien équipée entourée d'un grand terrain. Le quartier est calme et proche de tout (plages, commerces ...). Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et réactifs. A recommander.

Très bon emplacement et logement agréable avec quelques réserves mineures

Logement agréable et bien équipé, situé dans un quartier très calme, avec quelques réserves néanmoins : - Propriétaires qui logent sur place dans une extension adjacente au logement - non spécifié dans l'annonce ; pas forcément idéal pour l'intimité... - chambres à coucher en enfilade - non spécifié dans l'annonce ; là encore, pas idéal point de vue intimité... on dérange forcément ceux qui dorment dans la 1ère chambre (dans laquelle il faut passer pour sortir de la 2ème)... - Fermeture des fenêtres complexe - mais tout à fait gérable avec qques explications et un peu de pratique ;-) Suggestions d'amélioration : - un peu plus de lumière dans la SDB - la plancha du bon côté de la location serait appréciable car là où elle est installée (côté entrée propriétaires) il faut faire tout le tour de la maison pour y accéder, ce qui est dissuasif - un fil à linge (dans ce grand jardin) plutôt que le tancarville (trop petit et peu pratique) pour étendre les serviettes de bain et de plage - précision souhaitable dans l'annonce de la présence des propriétaires dans l'extension mitoyenne - précision souhaitable dans l'annonce des chambres en enfilades

Great House, Great Location

Perfect rental for a family of four. House is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The location was great for us - south of the island so easy to get on and off plus close enough to Le Chateau and Vert Bois beach. All in all - great!
