Welcome to Sunrise Beach #1506 – your cozy beach retreat!

Our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach was outfitted with great care to be a home away from home, for us as well as our treasured guests. We selected Sunrise Beach unit 1506 because it is very spacious, offers incredible views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico and has the best pools on the beach! This two-bedroom, two-bath beach home has sleeping accommodations for 6. It boasts a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a Gulf-front master with a king bed, and a second room with a twin-over-full size bunk bed. The oversized balcony is furnished with comfortable deep seating to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and a dining table for morning coffee while the dolphins and stingrays play. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made sure that this condo is decorated and equipped to create the feel of home at the beach, for maximum comfort as a peaceful respite and cozy atmosphere for making family memories. Great unit

Very cute unit. Very homey. It was a great fit for our family. The beach was amazing and the beach chair service was so appreciated. Bring beach towels however. Views are amazing. Walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely go back.

What a wonderful place!, I don't want to leave! It has charm, warmth, personality and the views are amazing. To lie in bed and watch and listen the waves is so surreal. Eating on the balcony with a glass of bubbly is heavenly. I could go on and on!

You can’t beat the view!!

Overall, the unit was nice and well appointed! The surfaces were all clean and tidy! But, I have to say that this unit is in desperate need of fresh paint and a deep clean of the floors and corners. They were responsive to messages and I was granted an early check in! The balcony was big with comfy furniture!

PCB trip

The property building was good, parking under neath which was great . Loved the condo.Place was clean.Perfect size for us.Decor was nice not overly done like some places and loved the paint color very calming feel to it. Great views .Best was the A/C worked great! Hope to go back year .

Panama Getaway

The condo was exactly like the listing. The only thing about the room was that the washer smelled like rotten eggs when in use. The beach was amazing! The water was crystal clear. The two pools were nice and not overly crowded. I hoped for the pool to be on the same floor as the beach to make easier access, but it is what it is. It wasn’t a deal breaker.

Loved staying here. Elevators were pretty fast. Unit was clean, could definitely use some new pots and pans. The kitchen was very small. The king bed was super comfy. Loved having the bathtub and shower in the master bath.

Nice little condo

Nice condo, clean. A little small for 4 adults, a couple with adult son and his friend. Kitchen is tight for two people. Minimally equipped kitchen If you plan to cook much. Overall a nice condo, great location, walk to restaurants. Beach service and gym were included which was a plus.

Loved this condo. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Especially loved the balcony furniture. Not the high seating chairs normally at all the condos. These were actual rattan chairs with cushions and so much more comfortable to sit in and watch the ocean. Would definitely rent this again

The condo is awesome. We had a problem accessing the beach service the first day and had to pay the guys on the beach. My husband called the contact for the rental and they got that straitened out and we were refunded what we had to pay that first day and had no more problems. Not sure why that happened but if it does happen they will take care of it if you call and let them know. The Webb Family

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view!

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation at PCB and our stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beds were super comfortable. The large balcony was perfect to sit back and take in the ocean views. The location was perfect and close to the elevators for easier access in and out. Loved having beach chairs so we didn’t have to race to the beach each day to find a good spot. The building itself is neat and well taken care of. We definitely plan on staying here again on future vacations!

Great time. Did not use the pool, had to wear provided rainbow wrist band and considering it was gay pride month that isn’t what we wanted to wear. Ocean was beautiful. Not sure who is cleaning this property but we found dirty socks, dust bunnies, etc…

Our first Christmas at the beach. Loved it. Clean, great location.

It was clean, in a great location. Beautiful view. At times, it looked like we were on a cruise. You must try Hang Five Bar & Grill next door. Awesome fish tacos. Bring dishwashing liquid, extra toilet paper , & paper towels. The TV is an older model & doesn’t get Netflix. Of course you have the beach 🏖 lol . Overall it was great. Would stay again. Highly recommended

My family and I loved the location of this unit. Beach right out the door and good food nearby.

Property could have been cleaner. No dish soap was present but the dishwasher worked fine. If you want to do laundry make sure to plan for a long dry time. Secondary bedroom is located at the front of the unit and although there are bunk beds it's very small. The unit is located right by the elevator so sound in that room was an issue.

So disappointed!

I am always very honest on reviews and normally give all 5's. The place itself is nice, was clean, is in a good location. I've stayed at Sunset Beach dozens of times but never at the particular unit. The reason I am so disappointed is because on the second day my sister was lying down in the master bedroom not feeling well, while we were down at the beach. She was awakened from a deep sleep by two strange men walking in the bedroom. It scared her so badly that she jumped out of bed and slipped and fell hitting her head. By this time the two men walked out of the bedroom, but she still doesn't know whats going on, so she opens the door to see if there still there, and they are just standing there. So she asks "can I help you "? They tell her their there for maintenance to fix the shower. Very uneasy...she says ok...and they go in the master bath for a whiile, proclaim nothing seems wrong and they leave. She called me immediately after

Liked the view.

There were no dressers to store clothes. I did not like having to live for the week out of my suitcase. The master bath sink nearest the tub needed some liquid plumber. The dishwasher did not work properly. The remote for the TV in the master bedroom did not work. The place was clean. I liked the furniture on the balcony. We had breakfast each morning out there and sat out there at night. We did have a great stay.

Great condo with an amazing balcony.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony and the balcony furniture. The bathrooms were spacious but the water pressure was lacking n the showers but not a deal breaker by any means. Location of the condo was ideal. Restaurants and shops all around within a few minutes (walking). Probably a mile from Pier Park. Walmart was really close which made it easy for groceries. The 2 pools and hot tubs were very nice. We loved getting 2 chairs and an umbrella with the condo. My only negative was the elevators. They might of been the slowest ones we've ever used. At times waiting 20-30 minutes.

Husbands birthday week.

We enjoyed our stay and very thankful for beautiful weather despite what the weather man was telling us. We had a little delay in getting our vehicle registered and received two warnings from security, but front desk couldn’t help, and the communication between me and the condo owner took way too long. I was fearful for a tow or boot because I didn’t bring the vehicle I originally had registered 4 months ago and several days passed before I could get ahold of someone. It was a little bit of a hassle, but the sweetest security officer helped me get the link I needed to get another vehicle registered. The trip overall was one of our favorites.

Somewhat disappointed in this condo from description.

Don’t expect a “real” second bedroom. No closet/chest or space to put anything! Very small and dark. Only closet is in a very nice master but it’s closet has a chest of drawers in it which doesn’t allow much space for hanging clothes. No way is this condo for up to 7 peoples! Kitchen was well stocked but found no pot holders. Elevators were convenient and made it easy to get to the beach. Lovely balcony and views😍
