Les avantages de cette location à la mer : cet appartement de vacances en famille dispose également d'une loggia vitrée équipée de mobilier d'extérieur avec vue sur l'intérieur de la résidence, et au loin vue sur la mer !

L’environnement : cette location se trouve au cœur du Grau du Roi, village de pêcheurs, célèbre pour le pont tournant aux départ et retour des bateaux. Le marché a lieu trois fois par semaine, le mardi, le jeudi et le samedi matin. La fête locale se déroule tous les ans la deuxième semaine de septembre.
