"JUNIOR'S PLACE" Peaceful & Private, 2 blocks to beach -PETS OK - LOW PET FEE

This renovated beach cottage is just two short blocks from the public access to the beach. The living space is 576 square feet plus a large screened-in porch. Partial ocean view from the porch. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area a short drive from the boardwalk. Linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, can opener and all glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer and Dryer.

Spectrum Internet and Cable TV, Ruko TV with multiple free movie channels, and a soundbar audio system.

Junior's Place is a cozy beach cottage that gives our guests the "good old days at the beach" feel, clean and comfortable.

The cottage was built in the early 1960s as a typical beach house for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have provided plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a wonderful place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the house for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will enjoy it.

Nice little getaway cottage

Short walk to the beach and perfectly located to get to things in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We had everything we needed, the home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book future trips to this home.

Good location, great value

It's close to the beach! There are barking dogs in the area BUT they did not bother us at night. The screen porch is great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. No sidewalks but they are currently working on the roadway so maybe some will go in. Ideally there would be a railing on the screen porch steps for those who are not physically fit (there is one for the front door-no prob there.)

Juniors Place was exactly as expected. Everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach. Great location and nice neighborhood. Anita was very accommodating and quickly responded to all my questions. We will definitely rent again in the future. Pet friendly also. Our dogs loved it.

We loved the house, it was exactly as described and clean! The beds were a bit hard but okay.The only draw back was that the bedrooms were not cooled well by the cooling unit.

Junior’s was the perfect beach house for us… walking distance to the beach & close to restaurants/activities. House was super clean & stocked well. Only improvement I can suggest is putting a little privacy screen around the outdoor shower so the kids could get better cleaned up outside and try to track less sand in! We will definitely book this again if it is available next summer!

Second time a charm

This made our second year staying at Juniors Place. This place is just right. Everything you need is pretty much within walking distance. Food, entertainment, and most of all the beach. I have recommended Junior's Place to friends. Will stay here again.

This property was awesome. The location was perfect, it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the beach. The backyard was perfect for playing cornhole. I will definitely keep this property in mind for the future.

Home away from home!

So pleased with our stay that we booked our next visit before we left! The property manager was very nice and we had excellent communication before & after our arrival, (which eased my mind traveling from Indiana). The house was very clean with the cutest porch to just relax and watch the evening unfold. The beach is so close we walked to it numerous times a day (morning dog walks/shell hunting/afternoon swims/evening surf watching). The local boardwalk, fishing piers, restaurants and shops were all very close as well. Highly Recommend!

Great little get away cottage. Excellent stay

Great location, just a short walk to the beach which was great, house is very clean and exactly as described. Great little get away for us and our large dog. Screened in porch was really nice place to sit and enjoy the evening. Thanks for letting us bring our dog without the expensive cost. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great vacation

We had a great visit to Carolina Beach. The house is small, but simple, clean and worked well for us and our two dogs. Quick walk to the beach, nice little backyard, loved the screen porch.

What a gem!

We stayed at Junior’s Place for spring break and it was perfect! Super clean, cold AC, porch for drinking coffee, comfy beds and couches and bug free! It was just a quick 2 min walk to the end of the street to the beach. So easy!! I will definitely book here again!

Great stay

Wonderful little house, perfect for the two of us and our dog. Property owner was friendly and made it easy to come and go. They left a book with some excellent food recommendations while we were there. Only thought is that some new pillows would be nice - the ones there were a bit past their prime.

I highly recommend this place. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and the communication with the host was amazing. We had 5 adults a toddler a baby and 3 dogs, we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the sun porch with the littles. We will definitely come back for another visit. Why they chose this property

This beach house was bought by the owner's parents in the 1980's as investment property. The owner inherited the property and decided to fix it up and bring it back to the old beach charm for guests to enjoy.
