About this property

Surrounded by beautiful trees with a large fire pit Pavilion. Recently renovated house in the country side situated in the center of the Saguenay Lac-St-Jean Region just outside of the city of Jonquière. The house comes with a heated swimming pool and a covered theraputic massage hot tub. Located near lakefront Lac-Kenogami, it is ten minutes drive from the city, five minute drive from the public beach and fifteen minutes drive to the boat launch. Beautiful bicycle trail in the summer. Close access to Provincial skidoo trails and a LOCKABLE shed that can store at least six skidoos. Snowshoeing, cross country trails and downhill skiing is nearby. The house has a stone fireplace and all new appliances (washer /dryer /dishwasher /OTR microwave /self cleaning oven /twin refrigerators /outdoor barbecue and corn cooker /Kuerig /wafflemaker /55" Roku TV with Nintendo Wii and a Movie selection / WIFI )

We were there on a snowmobile vacation. Trails is right off the driveway, hot tub is an amazing way to end your day of riding. Great place to stay

Fantastic property, wonderful hosts

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed for 4 nights at this incredible property. The entire process from start to finish was incredibly easy. Our host was readily available and responded quickly to any and all communication. The property is well stocked with anything you could need and includes lots of extras such as games and comfort items. The hosts have been very thoughtful in stocking their home. We hope to go back and visit again.

Everything you need!

Great location and all amenities that you could think of! My kids loved the pool and playground. Parents enjoyed the hot tub and pavilion so it was a win-win for everyone.

Fantastic home and location

This property has anything you could possibly need during your stay. Kitchen is very well stocked with spices, cooking staples, pots and pans, dishes for use outdoor. Plenty of bath towels, robes and footwear for the hot tub. The house is located next to the snowmobile trail, making it very convenient. They also have a very nice building to store your snowmobile during your stay. You will feel at home from the moment you enter!

Fantastic Experience

Whether you are travelling for work or pleasure this is a great rental. You get a cottage-like atmosphere and all the amenities are nearby. My colleague and I travelled from different parts of the country to attend training and work in the area. When we arrived we were ready to make a list of what we needed to pick up but the owners have thought of it all. We really only had to pick up groceries. The house is clean and the two bedrooms are great for couples, individuals or multiple younger kids. When we wanted to relax after work there were not only games and videos to entertain but also tv (lots of channels and subscription services). Great pool and hot tub to use too. Added to it for us was the benefit of the short drive to training, work and amenitiesThere are walking trails just across the street or within a short drive as well as other activities. Really appreciated the portable air conditioners in each room which helped sleeping on those hotter evenings. The owner was quick to respond to emails leading up to our rental dates and questions during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental and the owners. Great experience and we hope to be back again!

Très jolie maison

une maison très agréable avec toutes les commodités et bien plus. les explications sont détaillées sur chaque matériel à utiliser. La piscine et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. un hôte à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. La maison était bien équipée et les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. La piscine chauffée était super et notre famille s'est bien amusée en l'utilisant. Notre endroit préféré était le feu couvert. Plusieurs chaises disponibles pour la famille. Je recommande cet endroit et nous reviendrons certainement!

Magnifique séjour

Nous étions de passage au Saguenay pour visiter la famille et les amis. Nous avons pu passer du temps autour du feu avec tout le monde. La piscine chauffée était parfaite pour le temps chaud que nous avons eu. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut! Nos amis ont l'intention de louer la maison tellement ils ont apprécié!

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé quelques jours à l’hébergement avec notre cocotte de 21 mois et c’était très bien! La cours est parfaite autant avec la piscine, le spa, l’espace feu et les modules extérieurs pour enfants. Nous n’avons manqué de rien dans la maison. Tout est bien pensé pour les invités . Le seul petit bémol est que la propriété est situé sur un chemin assez passant . Un séjour tout de même très agréable! Merci!

Parfait pour les petits et les grands

Désireux de pouvoir aussi bien aller vers le zoo de Saint-Félicien que vers Tadoussac, nous recherchions pour quelques jours un logement assez central aux abords du Lac Saint-Jean. Nous avons passé un super (mais trop court) séjour dans la maison proposée par Myriam. Nous avons notamment pu profiter, petits et grands, des nombreux avantages proposés en extérieur. L’intérieur est tout aussi fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé! Une mention spéciale pour le coin « feu » extérieur, que nous avons particulièrement appréciée en soirée ☺️. Merci! Julie

Excellent séjour

Vraiment grandement apprécié notre séjour. La cour est super avec la piscine et que dire du spot à feu! Juste wow! Ajoutons aussi qu’il y a tellement de choses de fourni sur place. Je recommande fortement cet endroit à tout le monde!

Déçu 😞

Très propre comme lieu , mais ce qui est extrêmement dérangeant, c’est l’odeur de L’eau qui sent l’œuf pourri 🤢 même en entrant dans la maison cette odeur nous monte au nez . Nous avions fait couler l’eau comme mentionné sur le contrat mais l’odeur était toujours présente. Breffff!!! C’est la raison pour la quel nous ne donnons que 3 étoiles ⭐️ .

L'odeur de l'eau peut incommoder certaines personnes. La propriétaire en avait fait mention. Tout ce qui est nécessaire dans la vie normale était disponible dans la maison et même plus.

Tres.beau séjour. Terrain parfait pour notre famille. Nous étions un peu déçus d'apprendre le jour même de notre arrivée que le spa était défectueux. Sinon communication facile avec les propriétaires et endroits propre et bien équipé. Merci!

Évaluation de notre sejour

On a passé un excellent séjour et il ne manquait de rien, même qu'il y en avait plus que ce que l'on croyait. L'aire de feu, le spa et la piscine tout était parfait. Le seul bémol c'est que c'est vraiment près de la route, mais avec les murs qui sont érigés tout autour le l'aire de feu, on avait notre intimité.
