This beautiful Log Cabin is located high atop Walden's Ridge in North Chattanooga. Upon the bluff it has what many have called 'a million dollar view'. The Sunset's are absolutely amazing and and there are so many wonderful hiking trails and natural beauty along with all the wonderful attractions, restaurants, beauty and charm that makes the Scenic City of Chattanooga so special! Perched 2100 feet above sea level overlooking the Sequatchie Valley, one of the longest valleys in the world. You can enjoy the gorgeous view whether you are relaxing comfortably in bed, soaking in our Deluxe Hot Springs Hot Tub or out on the rustic covered porch enjoying the beautiful sun set over the mountains and valley below. Located on 1 & 1/2 acres surrounded by nature's beauty, yet only 10 miles from the city limits of downtown Chattanooga.

Our guests constantly say that our pictures just don't do it justice! We even had a guest that lived in the island of Maui tell us what a beautiful view we have!

Captain’s Cabin

The drive is easy for any flat landers wanting to know. The view set the mood, melts away any thoughts of politics . My only complaint is that I didn’t book the stay for longer! Would recommend and would stay again.

What an awesome little cabin. Very comfortable and relaxing place. Hot tub was great and what a view looking over the valley down below. Great communication with the check in. We have already booked for next year.

This cabin is so cozy and well appointed. We spent a long weekend talking, reading, cooking, and just enjoying the time away together. We arrived to an amazing sunset, the night brought the shimmering lights of the homes below, the morning snow flurries.

This is a fantastic little cabin, comfortable and full of little touches that made our stay such a delight. We spent 6 hours just vibing on the back porch enjoying the SPECTACULAR view. We'll absolutely be back. Quite possibly my favorite VRBO I've ever visited.Literally the only drawback was the handful of noisy trucks on the road and the fact that there's an entrance to the cabin next door about 20 feet from the back porch and there was a good bit of foot traffic through there. So not as private as we had hoped, but only for short periods and it didn't hinder us from having a fantastic stay.

Quaint, cozy cabin with an amazing view

The cabin is a quintessential log cabin type house on the peak of a mountain vista with a gorgeous sunset view over the valley. Beautiful! The cabin is small, cozy, perfect for a couple, or small family. Main bedroom and bath down a spiral staircase. Lower floor opens to outside fireplace. Loft bed above accessible by a ladder. Cute! We loved the place and will stay again.
