Family vacation

Seven adults and six children all had a good time. I would say all had a great time, but a stomach virus was passed around. We are repeat renters. Love this place! Great for families

Ladies Weekend

House is great. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is wonderful. The decks have beautiful views of the beach and close enough to the ship channel to watch the cruise ships come and go. The screened porch is a must to sit outside when the mosquitoes come out after dark. Communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect place for families and very beautiful home

For families, it's perfect because it's right by the beach and it has a pool. Many beach views from almost every room. Large kitchen and several eating areas. Large decks with plenty of room and furniture for everyone. The home has beautiful architecture, master craftsmanship of all of the built-ins, and the decor of the home could be in any high-end interior decorating magazine. It's well worth the money and I feel blessed we were able to have our family vacation there.

Beautiful beach property

This is a lovely home. Pictures do not do it justice. One of the best beach vacations our family has had. We range in age from 17 years to 80 years with one two-year old. The 80-year old particularly appreciated the elevator. Other family members particularly enjoyed this lovely beach and all the beach toys at the home.

Perfect Weekend

The house was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. The house is gorgeous inside and out and the view is breath taking. The pool is the perfect get away to relax in. Carin the property manager responds quickly and is very helpful with questions. We had an issue turning on the golf cart during check-in and Carin and her crew were there to resolve the issue within minutes. We had the best weekend at this property and cannot recommend it enough! I hope to return in the future!

Annual Beach Trip

Our family has an annual beach trip for Labor Day weekend which coincides with our daughter’s birthday. This year we had 4 children ages 6, 4, 1.5 and 6 months. It rained the entire weekend and this property was a lifesaver! The covered pool, covered space to play, and proximity to beach walkover when we did get a few breaks in the weather was perfect! Would definitely stay again and again!

Fabulous Beach House

VACATION FUNM

MY FAMILY LOVED THE HOUSE. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS OUR COUCH BEDS. THEY WERE TERRIBLE. THE MATTRESS WAS SO BAD THAT WE FELT EVERY METAL PARTS OF THE FRAME.

Sit Back and Breathe Easy

Pictures do not do justice on this house. Beautiful, spacious and it has everything you need. Pool/Spa were amazing and then you had the beach right there. Crosswalk was a plus. Carinn was on top of things and was very attentive. We have rented a beach house every year for the past ten years and I have to say this house is so far the best ever.

Large, well-maintained property. Actual house is much bigger than photos indicate. Kitchen is amazing... Lots of space and room for everyone to enjoy. Great vacation spot for extended family. Carinn was very responsive to questions.

Beach wedding

This was a wonderful place to have a beach wedding. The only downside is having to cross the ferry, but that is not the fault of the owners, just something to keep in mind. Also, the golf cart may get stuck in sand if you use the crossover closest to the house. The grill needs to be replaced, as it was worn out. Unfortunately when we stayed, the grass had not been cut and there were multiple ant mounds. Overall, it was a great place to have a wedding, as there was plenty of room for a reception on the ground floor. The elevator made it very easy to take the food and cake downstairs. Plenty of room to do just about anything. Carinn was very helpful and receptive with a couple issues we had and handled them immediately. Ultimately, we had a great stay and all our guests were impressed with the house as well.

Exceeded our expectations!

Proximity to the beach and swimming pool really helped with 7 grandkids. The home was more beautiful than in the pictures. The floor plan worked well for the 13 of us to eat, visit and relax. Lots of outdoor seating for ocean viewing. We’ll definitely be back!

Overpriced

Property is beautifully overpriced. No restroom downstairs by pool. All balcony doors arent operational. No one was able to have a hot shower or bath. This listing states up to 19 people to stay and day guests can come but leave by 10pm but they'll charge an event fee if you have addl guests for the day. I booked for my 50th birthday and stated that upon bookkng but was charged event fee on top of the overpriced fee due to having an "event" a week after checkout. Watch out for the non-refundable and addl charges at there choosing. Definitely do more research on my next stsy through vrbo in Bolivar.

They chose this house because it feels like a home instead of a beach rental. It has high ceilings, chandeliers, high tech features, and of coarse location, location, location! Situated at the end of the neighborhood, there is a large yard and beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean.
