Water Pointe 1, Unit 301 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. A nice wide beach, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, shaded kiddie pool, grills, and elevators are just a few of the amenities. Cable TV service, wireless internet, DVD players, books, cards, games and magazines are all available for downtime. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a king and bedroom 3 has a queen. The sofa in the living room is also a pull out queen bed. Condo sleeps 8. Kitchen has all the comforts of home, including a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, toaster, mixer and blender as well as all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes you will need to prepare that perfect meal for your family. Located within 15 minutes to major shopping centers, entertainment and dining to satisfy every taste. With great amenities and a perfect location, we're sure that you will have a wonderful vacation. Please note that this unit PET FREE and SMOKE FREE.
