I moved to La Jolla thirty years ago. I enjoy the beaches, the hikes, and the village atmosphere. Currently enjoying some free time .
Why they chose this property
If you would like to relax, and enjoy yourself this is a very nice home . We have a great porch to just sit and relax if you wish and you can also go on 5-6 miles hikes up Mount Soledad. If you enjoy going out, you will never run out of places you can walk too. And There are several beaches nearby. All around fun and you can park your car and never run out of activities you can walk to.

What makes this property unique
This is really one of the few remaining homes in the area. Across the street is a church and on the other corners you will see condos. People walk past the Sea Dahlia because the enjoy it so much. It's pretty low maintenance and very relaxing.
