DAMMUSO NEAR THE SEA - UNIQUE POSITION.

The house, close to the sea, is in a unique position - one of the best island-, inside a private property which extends to the sea. It is an ancient dammuso (a typical building of the island with thick stone walls and vaulted ceilings), with private parking. Passing through a spacious veranda, with all amenities, you will reach the entrance of the house, from where you reach a comfortable stay. In the lounge there is access to a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom (alcove), with two single beds, and the kitchen, very pretty and spacious. From the kitchen you reach another bedroom with a single bed and a half, and the bathroom, with a shower and two sinks.

Douceur méditerranéenne

Idéalement placée au sud de cette île volcanique, la maison de Lucio se dévoile au centre d'un amphithéâtre naturel offrant vue sur la mer, le soleil et l'horizon, en constante représentation. Un cocon sauvage et reculé aux toits blancs et bombés, aux murs larges de pierres qui assurent le maintien de sa fraîcheur. La terrasse, véritable pièce de vie, semble se déverser dans la mer que l'on atteint sans peine en quelques minutes à pied. Une bâtisse superbe dans un cadre formidable que je recommande à tous le temps d'un séjour !

Un soggiorno fantastico su una isola magica !!!

In una delle più belle località del isola con la vista mozzafiato .... è stata la nostra casa per due settimane . Il proprietario è molto gentile , simpatico e attento , prenotare è stato facile e veloce . A casa ci hanno accolti Vincenzo e Gabriela - splendide persone , disponibili e accoglienti . Immersi nella natura con la vista sul mare ( più coretto sarebbe dire che sembra di stare proprio dentro il mare ) . Ogni sera da casa ammiravamo uno splendido tramonto e siamo stati fortunati a vedere l'Africa ( Tunisia ) è incredibile !!! Il dammuso è spazioso , fresco , accogliente e pulito , fornito da tutto il necessario . Pantelleria è diventata un posto speciale per noi e la casa come il cuore del isola ..... non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci !!!

bellissimo e suggestivo dammuso

abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in famiglia lo scorso luglio, Lucio è simpaticissimo e disponibile, Vincenzo e Gabriella sono delle persone meravigliose che ci hanno accolto sull'isola la casa è bella, ventilata, con una vista sul mare indimenticabile dalla sua terrazza nelle vicinanze ristorantini e un panificio ottimo silenzio, mare, relax e buona cucina, per noi la vacanza ideale!

AMAZING HOLIDAY IN A SPIRITUAL DAMMUSO

This is the 3rd Times I spend my holiday in LUCIO's DAMMUSO. I've been in the island since 1989 and I know it very very well, I've rented lost of dammuso but this one is sthing unique, view and privacy are the most important things for me and this is the best I've found. Lucio is also able to arrange for renting a car ( impossible in the island without one ) . Thanks a lot LUCIO for preserving the property from modernity, it is out of time for me, give me sensation I've never had anywhere else before. Hoping to come next may for the whole month. A special thanks goes to the property managers ENZO ( IL CAPITANO ) his wife Gabri and their amazing Boy FRANCESCO, at the beginning there was a language barrier ...in the end this make our relationship better and better every day since becoming real good friends

Oltre i confini

Abbiamo scelto per caso Pantelleria appena due settimane prima di partire. Non conoscevamo nulla dell'isola e di cosa fare esattamente. Siamo anni che andiamo per isole del mediterraneo, ma ovviamente ciascuna è una terra a sé. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, due adulti ovviamente, e due bambini di 6 e 10 anni. Certamente si tratta di una meta che deve essere molto ponderata da famiglie con bimbi piccoli, non ci sono spiagge per intenderci, ma se non è un problema nuotare, allora si resterà senza parole per i fondali ed i suoi paesaggi. Si potrebbe parlare per ore di cosa vi aspetta a Pantelleria, ma qui è doveroso soffermarsi sul soggiorno. Le immagini che Lucio ha postato nel suo annuncio sono ignobili e non rendono la vera idea della bellezza di questo dammuso, ma soprattutto dell'atmosfera. E' una costruzione semplice e adatta a tutti che ti proietta verso il mare ed il suo orizzonte. Ci sono tutti i confort che una casa ha bisogno, ma soprattutto ha tutto quello che vorresti per la tua vacanza, come passare momenti divertenti durante le cene al tramonto, attimi in cui riposarsi e rilassarsi con la vista infinita del mare, correre anche solo per un tuffo dagli scogli sottostanti. E' davvero eccezionale, e invidio profondamente Lucio. Sarà perché dista ben 150 km dall'Italia in mezzo al Mediterraneo, sarà perché lo scenario vulcanico ti cattura come in un nuovo mondo, sarà perché dal dammuso cenavamo vedendo l'Africa ( Kebila, Tunisia), per noi è stato come essere oltre i confini.

Una terrazza sul mare

La casa ha una posizione magnifica: in 5 minuti si scende al mare dove c'è un piccolo approdo e un bar ristorante (sull'isola sono veramente rare le case così posizionate). Il paese di Scauri è vicinissimo così come il porto. Il dammuso non è moderno ma ben attrezzato, con 3 camere da letto e il bagno che, meraviglia, ha una porta esterna da cui si vede il mare. Dal terrazzo la vista è magnifica senza altre costruzioni davanti; abbiamo passato una magnifica vacanza assistiti dal proprietario e dai referenti sul posto senza peraltro aver avuto il minimo problema. Appena possibile cercheremo di ritornare sull'isola che ci ha appassionato e, naturalmente, nella stessa casa.

Oltre ogni aspettativa

Ho passato la Pasqua in questo splendido dammuso con la mia fidanzata. La spaziosa e luminosa veranda è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare per una vacanza lontana dallo stress metropolitano. Da sottolineare il pratico accesso al mare percorribile a piedi in 5-10 minuti, una rarità data la conformazione dell'isola! Ad appena due minuti di macchina si raggiunge il paese di Scauri dove abbiamo potuto trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno: un panificio con ottimi prodotti tipici (da provare!), un tabacchi e un piccolo ma fornito alimentari. In sintesi casa splendida, posizione strategica e tutte le comodità a portata di mano.... oltre ogni aspettativa!

Una vacanza da sogno!

Sono stata a Pantelleria con degli amici la scorsa estate. L'appartamento è immerso in un paesaggio stupendo dove sembra di essere fuori dal mondo! L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito e fresco anche nelle ore più calde, ha una meravigliosa vista sul mare che si può godere dalla veranda che è molto grande e veramente molto bella. La casa si trova in una posizione molto comoda perché si può arrivare al mare a piedi in pochissimi minuti e anche il paese di Scauri è molto vicino e facile da raggiungere. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e sempre gentile! Lo consiglio a chi vuole fare una vacanza rilassante e a chi vuole scoprire un'isola piena di paesaggi meravigliosi!
