Why they chose this property

I was looking for a place to buy my first apartment, since I already had a house with my partner, and it was important to have my own place to receive my family and friends, when I arrived at this place I fell in love with the view of the Poas volcano and I did not think twice and I acquired it. The erupting volcano was wonderful.
