New apartment, very comfortable with all the necessary comfort, microwave, washer-dryer, TV, wifi, kitchen. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is good. It will do you the opportunity to discover the beautiful city of Dijon. Have a good stay.

Served our needs quite well

My daughters and I stayed here for several days while we were getting them ready for a French foreign language school at the university of Bourgogne. The apartment was well located only a few minutes from the town center. The walk to the train station was maybe 20 minutes and the walk to the university was about 20 minutes. We cooked quite a few meals in the apartment and found that it had enough in the kitchen to make the possible. There were a couple of large supermarkets about 10-15 minute walk. The apartment is on a busy street, but with the windows closed, we didn't notice much street noise. That was late May and it was cool enough the windows could remain shut. If it's late summer and the windows need to be open, it might be noisy. Remy and Elisabeth were very kind to us and helped us orient around Dijon. We appreciated their company and discussions. When we return to Dijon, we would certainly consider staying there again.

Bel appartement bien situé. Cuisine équipée.

Facile pour arriver au vieux centre à pied. Appartement situé au premier étage. Un peu sombre par les arbres mais pas grave. Les arbres atténuent le bruit extérieur et sont importants ds la ville. Il y a box wifi mais nous ne sommes pas arrivées à nous connecter. Appart propre et bien rénové.

Ville et environs de qualité

Un peu bruyante, malgré les fenêtres à double vitrage. La pièce de vie est assombrie par les platanes de la rue et il faut constamment allumer la lumière pour un confort visuel. Très bel appartement qui a été, par endroit, mis à mal par certains occupants peu soigneux.
