Welcome to Live Aloha!

Enjoy a home with a thoughtful floorplan and furnished with a unique aloha style that combines comfort with warmth for a feel all its own. A perfect home for families, couples, kids, and groups of friends. Live Aloha is centrally located within the Lookout community and adjacent to Vineyard District Park. Watch your kids run around the Vineyard Park while you sip coffee or wine from the comfort of the living room or rocking chair front porch.

The dining room hosts a large farm table with seating for eight and additional seating at the 4 bar stools along the bar.

The kitchen has an easy flow with a large bar and stainless appliances. Stocked with small appliances, a toaster, a blender, a hand mixer, and a coffee pot. Pots and pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, and platters. All the utensils you will need to prepare a meal and a grill on the back patio. Also, kids' dishes and plastic patio/deck ware are located in the kitchen.

Just off the kitchen is a mud room/laundry room with a washer and dryer, hanging hooks for wet clothes, and shoe space. Also, a half bath for easy access. Plush beach towels and an ice chest are in the cabinet, and beach chairs are kept in the master closet; enjoy the beach!

The back patio has a hot tub and furniture for outdoor entertainment. Relax on the comfy outdoor furniture on the wraparound porch to enjoy any time of the day, kick back, and watch the kids play or the sunrise over coffee.

Take advantage of all the amenities The Lookout offers, including two swimming pools, parks, playgrounds, pickleball, bocce ball courts, lakefront access, a marina, and more. Live Aloha has everything you need to enjoy your vacation - board games, puzzles, video games, DVDs, kids’ toys, corn-hole, and more. We’ve tried to think of everything your family needs for a comfortable stay so you don’t have to. Live Aloha has enough parking for three cars (additional cars can park in overflow parking areas).

It’s in a great location within the complex about midway between the two pools and facing the grass lawn green belt where my granddaughter was able to run free. The house layout was perfect. In fact, we’re retired and looking to downsize and I’ve kept the home diagram in case we build. We loved the wrap around deck and having king beds in each of the bedrooms along with each bedroom having a bathroom. We aren’t TV watchers but those who are will appreciate a tv in every bedroom. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We plan on staying in this home next summer.

The home is very well maintained, very clean and comes with everything you can think of for cooking, towels, etc. Nice newer development with great walkability. Close to winery tasting rooms and town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend others to stay here. The only downside is that there should be room darkening drapes in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. The lights from the neighbors porch shine in all night and when the sun comes up at 5:00 am it is extremely bright and hard to sleep. But that should not deter anyone from staying at this house.

The back porch overlooked a big lawn with plenty of space for our kids to run and play and was easy for us to keep an eye on them. We had friends staying one house away from us and we felt very safe having our kids run back and forth from each house. We enjoyed the amenities so much that some of us never even left the LookOut property during our stay. The grounds and pool area were very clean and welcoming. They have shuttles to pick you up from designated spots and take you anywhere you need to go within the large property. The private beach was a favorite spot for us and was the perfect setting. We built so many memories and didn’t want to leave.

Best Family Vacation Yet

The table that seats 8 was great for family dinners. Everyone talked about how comfy the beds were and even the futon in the media room. Loved that this house is next to the grass field so we could drink our coffee on the porch while our little played in the grass. Also loved that the house was stocked with tons of games, kids toys, etc. we will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful House, Poorly Maintained

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after our check-in time, but staff were still cleaning up the property. No big deal, but they missed numerous pieces of trash in their hurry. Numerous small details like burned out bulbs were relatively quickly fixed by the property company after we called about it.However, we soon discovered the hot tub was not working; the water was cloudy and smelled terrible. They sent people out to work on it several times over the week we were there but couldn't get it working (said it was probably a bad logic board). My special needs daughter was so excited about this and it was a huge disappointment for her.The management company offered us a small PRE-tax refund that amounts to ~7% post tax (taxes are still paid on the full amount??). We asked for more since this is why we chose this property over other cheaper ones, but the manager needs to approve, and EVERY time we have called she is not there; we left a number several times and she NEVER calls back. No refund yet and it's been a month at this point.The property is lovely, if only it were taken care of.

Amazing house; Broken AC for 3 days

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful, comfortable, and an all-around pleasure to be in so I highly recommend booking it. However, the AC fan was fully broken upon our arrival. Two maintenance people came on day 1 and day 2 and didn't fix it. And then they proceeded to ignore the issue without any communication. We're talking it was 90-100 degrees the week we stayed following Memorial Day week. After some unpleasant conversations with the Lookout property management on day 3, they sent an actual AC expert who replaced the parts and fixed the issue. Being 8 months pregnant and in a boiling house was not fun. I will say that at as a last-ditch effort, they did offer some discounts which we did appreciate but 3 days of a 6 day vacation was spent in a very hot home.

Reviewer Comments: If you want to enjoy summer at 93 degrees at the private lake or two pools, and still enjoy a fresh and comfy house when you are back from fun outdoor activities then Cali-Style 84 will be exactly what you need. I guess the same will apply regardless of the temp outside (for example in Winter). House is placed in the best location of Lookout to avoid morning heat in the bedroom when still sleeping and evening heat when you want to be at the Jacuzzi or in the kitchen. Enough space for parking and the house includes everything you need for 4 days.
