After arriving at Windermere, you will find TWO reserved parking spaces in the elevated covered garage. Our guests won’t need to worry about parking during the peak season!

Take the elevator to the 6th floor, make a right turn and then walk to the end, you will arrive at your own adorable vacation home. This whole condo is all yours when you rent. 

Our condo has a well-equipped gourmet kitchen for you to enjoy every home made meal. Bakeware, cookware, tableware, silverware, coffee machine, toast oven, warmer, blender, etc. We’ve got everything you need! Please feel free to request anything you might need during your stay, we will try our best to make you feel like home! There is also a wet bar to meet your need for entertainment.

Our spacious living room offers a 65’ flat screen, and a set of comfortable couch for you to relax. Open the door on the balcony, sitting on the couch, and letting the ocean breeze embrace you is a true lovely experience. We provide WiFi and cable for your convenience. No matter you want to watch sports or Netflix, you’ve got it!

Our condo has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms features floor-to-ceiling doors along with OCEAN VIEW. You can directly access the balcony through the door. Both of the master bedrooms have king beds, upgraded mattresses and closets. The third bedroom is on your left when you just enter the condo. It has a twin over full size bunk bed with a full trundle. The last bedroom has queen bed. Three of our bathrooms are equipped with double vanity, spacious shower room and tubs. We make it less crowded for big groups!

I have to mention our incredible wrap around balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the gulf. You can find the trace of dolphins if you are lucky enough. Hanging out with family, friends at daytime on the balcony, soaking up the sunshine along with the gulf breeze. Watching sunset in the afternoon, enjoy the sound of waves and seagulls flying over the balcony. You can’t get enough of this private and quaint experience.

Spring break getaway

Great spot for a family vacation. The condo was way bigger than we expected and was in a great location. The views were stunning. Very close to the beach and amenities. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend this condo to another family.

We loved it!

We loved this condo and location! It was really nice! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, huge deck with a beautiful view, was not crowded at all and 20-30 mins from all the favorite eating places in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach! Also came with 2 reserved covered parking spots but there was plenty of other parking for the rest of our crew! We will definitely be coming back!

This condo was great for our family of 10. Lots of space, beautiful views, quiet and everyone was very friendly. So far best condo we’ve stayed in since we’ve been coming to Perdido Key for 10+ years.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful condo and very spacious. We especially loved the floors, the large balcony and the awesome view. The condo was very clean and the owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

The space in this 4br, 4ba apartment was fantastic. Had some access and cleanliness issues, but owner addressed these promptly. Access to the beach and building amenities was easy. Would recommend to anyone needing this amount of space. Great value for our group of friends.

First Time Location & Loved It

Condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of (5) adults, (1) toddler, (2) elementary and (1) teen. Kitchen FULLY stocked - more than we needed, including a good set of knives, pots/pans, utensils. Balcony was huge with lots of seating. Mattresses seemed new, very comfortable. First time in Perdido Key area and we loved it. Ate at the Sunset Grill twice - good food, served fast …on the marina with a small play area for the grandkids.

Beautiful spacious condo

We absolutely loved this condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious to accommodate our family of 9. The chair rentals were great for our group so we could easily return to our reserved spot during naps and lunch breaks. The balcony was furnished with high quality furniture and the ocean view was fantastic.

Spectacular! The home was beautiful! Right on the water. Every basic essential was provided. Check in and check out was very easy, no issues. The owners were very nice and provided fast service. Windemere, Perdido Key 5-Star

The property was a true four-bedroom four-bath set-up, and was very, very clean. The fourth bedroom had a regular-size bed with a single bunk bed above it, and it was quite comfortable. The other three bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The main area kitchen and front room were huge. The owner provided quick response to any questions, and I plan to stay there again.

Great week!

Perfect location! Only 2 condos with immediate access to the beach where we were so not nearly as crowded as some of the other spots. Had a couple of very minor issues and property manager came out the very next day to fix (the issues could have waited). Beds were great and view was perfect! Two covered parking spots was a plus also. Just a 2 min drive to parasailing/banana boats and across the street from a great pizza place.

Beautiful Views on Perdido Key

I requested this unit for a visit to my sister who is in a care facility in Pensacola - I wanted enough space for her wheelchair. It was perfect. The views are magnificent, owner is very nice and good communication. The kitchen is updated, the bathrooms not so much, but didn't really care. The living, dining and bedrooms were very nice. I will use again when visiting. Great property

Condo is very roomy and close to the beach. Some things needs attention in the condo. Ice maker at bar didn’t work. Refrigerator had only one shelf on the door. Inside needs some touch ups here and there. Overall condo is very good.

Can’t wait to visit again

We absolutely loved every minute of staying in this condo. It was spacious and I’m pretty sure 10 more people could have comfortably stayed with our family of 10. Each bedroom space has a large bathroom. The balcony view cannot be beat. The only issue we encountered on this trip is that no one seemed to be available at the lobby to answer questions but the owners were very attentive and helped us with all our questions. The kitchen table allowed our entire family to sit together for meals. The owners did accommodate our small dog as well, however, we learned that dogs are not allowed on the beach or even parks and playground in this county. We can’t wait to visit again!

Needs some attention

The condo was decorated pretty but, it needs some attention. The grounds also need alot of attention. The pool was not working the entire week. We had some disappointed kids. The condo owners were very nice. We made the best of it but, will not stay there again.

Fantastic Vacation at Perdido Key

This vacation was everything we expected and more. The rental process was quick and easy, checking in was a snap, and the condo was outstanding!! Communication with the owner was great and we highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Gulf Coast.
