Large open concept. Kitchen has Samsung & several other small appliances, Keurig, 12 cup coffee maker, & a Betty Crocker cook book. Kitchen stocked with basics & condiments. Very fast Wifi, (2) 55" TV's, 3 game tables & retro game console. Some provide beds, I provide memories. House is ideal for singles, groups, or business. Centrally located near I80 & I680, downtown, Baxter Arena, Henry Doorly Zoo, TD Ameritrade Park, CHI Center, Childrens Hospital, UNMC, UNO, Creighton, & Eppley airport. Quietly located across the street from a school in a great neighborhood.

This home is very cozy, recently updated, nestled in a great, quiet area. 3 bedrooms have 100% memory foam mattress queen beds, & in the 4th bedroom are 3 pairs of twin bunk beds, with the master having a private bathroom. In the family room is a 55" 4k Ultra HD tv with Roku & DVD player. Basement has 3 game tables & a 55" TV with Roku & retro game console. Newer AC & appliances. Your comfort and safety are important to me. Smoke detectors in every bedroom, CO detectors on every floor, & 4 fire extinguishers throughout. Book with confidence as I have been renting homes for 14 years, I'm confident you'll love your stay in this 2,476 sq ft house.

EVIQO Level 2 48 Amp EV Charger in the garage. Ample parking in driveway long enough to fit RV or truck and trailer. Parking also available in garages.

We loved this house for our friend group to stay at for the weekend. Plenty room to stay and garage space which is what we were looking for. Clean/comfortable/ and safe environment!

It's Omaha

Only stayed a couple of nights. House was clean. We felt the furniture was second hand furniture. House was stocked well. Neighborhood was ok. Not a big fan of Omaha. Host took care of our needs.

Property is in serious need of a deep cleaning. Upon Our arrival, I reread the Previous reviews to see if I had misread them. In no way is this place clean. Very run down! Strong smell of marijuana when you walk in! Will never return.

Landing place for family wedding

We needed a family oriented place to stay for only a couple nights to attend our niece's wedding. Almost every other listing had "jacked" their costs up and required a minumum five nights stay because the college world serious was also occurring. We had a WHORABLE experience with having confirmed and paid for VRBO rental at vrbo #407692 and then the owner cancels our reservation and it takes one to two weeks for our payment to be refunded. THANKS GOD for Jeremy and this property. It is what it lists, a nice modest home that was the "landing spot" for our family to come and go for the wedding. THANK YOU Jeremy!!!!!!!

Quiet location and prompt response with owner

Overall this place was a great setup for our families. We had 2 families stay with 7 kids in total, the bunk beds were great! The place had not been cleaned very well and I reached out to the owner right away, he offered to send someone out to "reclean" but we declined due to the coordination it would've taken with everyone. He mentioned that I was the 2nd person to complain...I hope he found a new company! There is 1 TV in the house, so unless you all agree on 1 thing to watch you might want to bring laptops or ipads(kindles) to watch other shows. Also, we didn't factor in that we needed to have all bedding/towels washed before we checked out and since both families drove in from out of state, it was a little bit of a cluster trying to get that done before we left at the crack of dawn. So, if you are coming in from out of state AND need to leave early (driving or flying) you might want to talk to the owner about other options. Other than that....check-in/check out was pretty flawless.

Bed bugs

After the first night, I woke up with a bunch of insect bites all over my body. After doing my research on the internet the pattern of the bites appeared to be bed bugs. I then pulled back to sheets to find a few of them crawling around in addition to their moltings. Th molting and moving insects were consistent to what I found online for being bed bugs. I did attempt to contact the owner but there were communication issues. After the weekend, we were able to get into contact. The owner at this point kept saying he was confused/surprised how it was possible that only one room was affected as I was the only one with bites. Believe me, I was confused too but that doesn’t change the fact that I had bites all over my body which progressed to blistering and swelling so much that I could not close my right fist. For attempting to alert him that he had a pest issue he definitely made me feel like I was making it up despite the fact that I sent him photos of this bites. I understand you cannot control all variables involved with hosting but the way in which the situation was handled was poor. Per the owner, pest control has been out to address the issue.

Super big house for families with all the amenities! Great location getting around Omaha!

The property is wonderful but I think it needs a good thorough cleaning. If you expect people to launder items, I would recommend paying close attention to the linens smell and cleanliness. I left the kitchen cleaner than when we got there. The floors need a deep clean as our granddaughter's feet were black from running around. We could not find any scissors. I loved this property and it made our weekend celebration great, I'm just sharing it needs a good cleaning. Thank you!

Dirty and in Disrepair

This is obviously an investment property built in the 1970s with an owner who does not want to update or repair anything so everything throughout the house is dated / original. The list is long: old, dirty, original brown shag carpeting (with a laughable sign asking to remove shoes), worn threadbare bedding and towels, smelly pillows, crumbling particle-board vanities, broken tile, purple painted walls, broken down furniture, tile countertops / dirty grout. The only thing new were the uncomfortable foam mattresses (no one slept well), the laundry machines in the dank basement, and the thermostat - which was locked by owner with cryptic instructions so we couldn't change the temperature, which was a horrible, uncomfortable inconvenience on the hot nights. Instructions state to ONLY leave 5 star reviews. We chose this property because it was down the street from friends - which was its only good feature.

Team Home Away from Home

Three moms and three basketball players stayed here for a weekend of basketball. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery store with easy access to main streets. The house could use more kitchen accessories (i.e. large bowls, baking dishes etc.) and the carpet needs replaced. The couch was very worn as well. The house was clean and spacious and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

Omaha 'Ohana Gathering

We enjoyed our stay in this home while visiting our college student at UNO! We greatly appreciated that our walkway was shoveled after fresh snow fell on our first night in Omaha! The large table and game room downstairs made "Forced Family Fun" easy and FUN!

Great place for a larger family

We had two adults and four kids and the house was just right for us. The bunk beds were a hit, so we’re the games in the basement. Comfortable and very close to target and restaurants.
