This bright, modern condo is the perfect place for your family as you explore the beautiful Tucson area! During your stay, you'll have a patio, access to a shared pool and hot tub, and a full kitchen.

Catalina State Park offers many incredible hiking and biking trails. Tucson proper is only 20 miles south and includes popular sites like the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum which is made up of a botanical garden, a zoo, a natural history museum, an aquarium, and an art gallery. Closer to home in Oro Valley, you'll find many restaurants and brewpubs if you don't feel like cooking.

The pool will be temporarily closed from May 28, 2024 - July 3, 2024.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great Place, bad beds

This would deserve a 5-star rating if the beds were decent. These are literally the worst beds and bedding materials I have ever had at a VRBO in the history of my stays. Other than that, this was a great place in a great location with great amenities. Everything else was wonderful.

This would deserve a 5-star rating if the beds were decent. These are literally the worst beds, and the worst bedding materials I have ever had at an Airbnb or VRBO in the history of my stays. Other than that. This was a great place in a great location with great amenities. Everything else was wonderful.

Gave it a chance… BUT NO!

Gave it a chance after reading that the mattresses had been replaced. THAT IS A LIE! One of the three mattresses were good the others were unsuitable. I slept on an egg crate - this is not camping! Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, trash left behind from previous guest, visible water damage in a bathroom, filthy couch. Despite loving the location, I would not stay here again.

January respite from the snow

The Oro Valley area is awesome, lots of walking trails, there is a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, specialty shops, everything you need within a 5 minute drive. We appreciated being out away from the city and traffic, loved the views of the Catalina Mountains.

Terrible

The bed was absolutely horrible despite recent reviews claiming the beds were “very comfortable.” However we learned the sagging awful mattress was over 22 years old and additional digging on our part revealed reviews from years ago complaining about the poor quality of the beds. This led us to believe subsequent reviews were fake. Krista at VRBO seemed embarrassed by all if this and had a new mattress delivered on day 3 of our stay. However, we will never get back those 2 horrible nights trying to sleep on that sagging, hard mattress. We will never return and advise DON’T STAY here!

The condo was very clean, quiet for the most part, lovely complex with plenty of room to walk, the pool and hot tub were great, all the neighbors were friendly, parking right out front. We would stay again

We arrived to a dirty condo

We were greeted in the condo by a dead cricket under the sink and a dead spider that was melting into the floor in the guest room plus the floors were dirty and there were strands of long dark hair around the room. It had not been cleaned before we arrived. When I called the property manager the evening we arrived I was told it was normal to find 2 dead bugs in their Arizona rentals. I had to call back after 11am the next morning because no one called me back. The manager refused to call and had her maid call me to come clean. I was traveling with 2 toddlers that could have put these things in their mouth. Plus the king guest bed is very old very hard and you can feel the springs. Do not rent this place if you need 2 beds

Clean and ready upon arrival. A few annoyances upon arrival such as no pool access code, no exercise access code, no mail box key, TV frustration. Resolved with a few phone calls but prior rentals had no such issues.
