This charming condo is part of the Arcadian Dunes complex, a peaceful community about nine miles up the coast from downtown Myrtle Beach. This breezy rental includes on-site tennis courts, a shared pool and hot tub, a sauna, and a game room. And with three golf courses and downtown Myrtle Beach just minutes from your door, fun is never far away.

Perfect place to stay if you plan to go out a lot

It is really clean and quiet lots of books to read, sadly my kids had a little bit of a hard time due to the lack of internet, also the bed couch was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was very clean as well.

FILTHY

The dirtiest place we have ever stayed in and I mean everything from dirty fingerprints all over the walls to gunk in the bottom of the trash can and sticky floors. It clearly hasn’t been deep cleaned for years. Disgusting substances around the toilet and baseboards and tons of black hair on the bathroom mats. I ended up washing the mats. Everything was disgusting. Smelly refrigerator. The outside of shower was crusted with gunk in the corners. Rusty cookware. We ended up checking out two days early when we finally drew the line as tiny ants were all over the bedroom wall. The worst part is that we travelled over 16 hours and there was nowhere else to stay on the holiday weekend. A total nightmare. We were horrified!

Not accurate!

The only thing good about this property was location, close to the beach. Everything else is just too much to list. From a broken door, worn out chairs showing foams, not working remote controls, to a half working stove.. oh and this place does not provide wi fi. I will not recommend this place.

This place was so Outdated the furniture was ripped the chairs were ripped stains everywhere writing on the walls door had a hole carpet stains i felt like i was staying in a dump the ac went out me and my family stayed outside overnight cause of the condo was so hot and I didn’t want my kids to get heat exhaustion just horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one not even my dog

Expected Better

Based on the previous reviews I expected better, We stayed for 5 days. Over all to walk into the room it looked nice. However, looks can be deceiving: 1. The guest bathroom floor was absolutely filthy and was missing a toilet paper holder. 2. The guest bedroom door would not close and the dresser was missing a handle making it impossible to open. 3. There was a huge crack in the master bedroom door. The lamp in the master bedroom didn't work and completely fell apart when we attempted to change the light bulb. 4. There was a tub shower combo in the master bedroom bath with a shower curtain that was insanely dirty, Why the guest bath had a walk in shower and the master had a bath tub is still a mystery to me. 5. The master bath sink was clogged. 6. There was a dirty Q-tip in the screened in porch. 7. The room still had a VCR and tapes for entertainment. 8. Ants in the kitchen. Mind you we didn't buy groceries or eat there. 9. Entire room needed to be updated. The pool area was very nice and not overly crowded. And location is perfect.

Great place

This was my second time staying, this is a awesome place to stay. Pool is great not over crowded, has a hot tub, bar and grill, only 3 min walk to the beach. As far as the Condo, rooms are spacious, has washer dryer, and full kitchen. Love this place and area, I will continue to book this every time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Great place, close to beach

Really enjoyed our short stay. Place was as good as one can expect. I love the Arcadian Dunes. We have stayed there for years. Did not like the fact that there was no parking in front of building and the guy at the desk acted like we had to buy a parking pass or we would be towed. Buy a parking pass and park a hundred yards from the building.

Very nice condo! It was nice and clean. Super awesome that it had the pots, plates and utensils.

Not what we expected

To start with the good.... The location was awesome. Walking distance to the beach and local shops. We were disappointed however with the condo overall. There were stains all over the floor, we were able to get one burner on the very outdated stove top to work, and had to hold down the handle to make toast. We were given one garbage bag for our 4 night stay with 5 people, which was a joke. There were no pillow cases or extra sheets for the pull out sofa available in the condo. We had to call and request them along with a request to look at the stove that wasn't working. They ask that you clean up after yourself which I would have been thrilled to do, yet the vacuum provided barley worked, and we were left 2 tide pods to do laundry.... So we left a mound of towels and sheets on the floor. All in all we were upset with the experience and the only thing that made it ok was the beach being so close.
