Upon arrival at the airport, my driver will take you to Island Breeze Villa. complimentary Both way. up on your arrival at the Villa .We welcomed you with punch or rum punch drink and a complimentary bottle of wine. , celebrating a special occasion? we will provide a complimentary cake. our cook with great pleasure prepares your requested meal for your day of your arrival. & Weeks of your stay You only need to indicate your menu preference. A detailed grocery bill will be presented to you.
Wow! you have found a villa that has complimentary Beach pass to DOCTORS CAVE BEACH & CLUB!! We have the Beach pass at the villa for the guests to access this famous BEACH & CLUB!! on the HIP-STRIP!! with some Restriction apply,
complimentary DRIVER TO BIUE DIAMOND SHOPPING CENTER for your Groceries shopping only,
we also have a tour driver on call. to take you to night life it's a cost. If you wanted to take an EXCURSION TOUR around town are out of town to place you would like to go side seeing in Jamaica on tours. we have Affordable Price for you.

For the rest of your stay, you may want to choose from the menus provided, or shop for the food of your choice. shopping for food, you have the option of having the cook shop for you. are shop with the cook. or shop on your own. Of course, the area has a large choice of eating establishments should you choose to eat out.

To assist the cook/housekeeper is the butler. He will mix your drinks and serve you poolside or wherever you choose to be served. with Lemonade Flavor of your choice are iced Tea all day its a pleasure , . The butler lives in his own quarters on the site and is there to tend to your needs. In addition, there is a security service on the grounds.

The main floor consists of a sunken "L" shaped Living/TV room overlooked by an 8-ft. bar for serving those rum punches, pina coladas and other umbrella drinks. Through the French doors in the Living room you can enjoy the view of the Caribbean sea !! or walk out onto the pool deck and enjoy a quick refreshing swim in the beautiful fiberglass finish pool.

The main living quarters of the Villa contains 3 private bedrooms each with cable TV, private bath, with ceiling fan with FULLY A/C. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the Caribbean sea. The third bedroom is on the main floor.

There is a full-size kitchen and the dining room is only steps away. Also, there is a laundry room if you choose to take fewer clothes and have room to take back all those souvenirs. island Breeze Villa where great service is a pleasure Your housekeeper will be happy to do any laundry for you.

Paradise

My family and I loved our time at the Villa. Ann Marie welcomed us warmly. My family will talk about the jerk chicken forever made by Ann Marie. We also had the gift of fresh fruit, and the papaya tasted like heaven on earth. Everybody at the villa is so kind and accommodating to your needs. Do yourself a favor and stay at this villa and make sure to take care of those who take care of you!I look forward to coming back again.

Everything went well from our pick up at the airport from Mr. Mcdolald to the warm welcome and round the clock service from Annmarie & Mr. G. This property is clean and spaceous. The host contacted me to brief me before our arrival and was just a phone call away if needed. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and clients.

The staff Mr. Glen, Ann Marie, and Mr. Erly the driver were phenomenal and very professional. Ann Marie the chef was a great cook, better than the local eating places. The only negative I could say is if the living room and sitting areas had A/C units available. It was very hot downstairs but all bedrooms had A/C so that was a plus. I would recommend. Mr. Keith the owner was great with answering any questions I had and puts your mind at ease.

Beautiful scenery!

Island Breeze is an amazing property, in the perfect location. The restaurants and shops nearby are amazing. Having a pool is such a great necessity. It felt like a real vacation because everything we needed was right there. It was a great time!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It is in a lovely area with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Anne Marie and Glen were amazing. Not only did they take great care of us, they were extremely considerate and fun!!I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy the beauty of Jamaica. We stayed at Island Breeze for 17 days and our entire stay was amazing. Ms Anne Marie and Mr Glen were so welcoming and friendly. We literally felt like part of their family by the time we left! Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. The villa itself is beautiful, well maintained and has great views of the ocean. I will definitely miss falling asleep to the crickets and tree frogs every night!! We will definitely be returning next year!!

A Short Stay

Keith the owner was very attentive and checked in to make sure our arrival would be smooth. We were a group of 4 (3 generations) and stayed for 4 nights. We were all satisfied with our accommodations. Island Breeze is a beautiful home, it is very spacious and in a wonderful community. The grounds are well kept and the pool located in a fairly private area on the property. The staff, Glen and Ann-Marie were responsive and accommodating, they were available for our every need. I would recommend this villa for short but especially longer stays, so that you can fully enjoy the amenities.

This property was as promised and some. My family and I loved it. The staff was perfect. The location was perfect not on hip strip but ten minutes away. Which was what we wanted not to be in the action but close. I would definetly book this villa again. The host for this property was very professional and informative. Great Stay

We spent 8 days in Jamaica and had a wonderful time. The house seems older, but Ms. Ann and Mr. Glen make the stay really amazing. Ms. Ann’s meals are amazing and she goes above and beyond to make your stay hospitable. If we had one wish, it would be for the common areas to be air conditioned. We were there when the news was claiming that it was the hottest few days globally and we could not use the common areas for tv or games because everyone was sweltering. We did enjoy the pool as it was perfect for the entire family. Would recommend.

Awesome Vacation

I just wanted to take a second and tell you to book your stay with Mr Keith. Exceptional to deal with. And Miss Ann Marie and Mr Glenn are absolutely the greatest. The only part of our trip that was bad was having to leave them behind. We feel that they will always be a part of our family! The villa was great, clean and safe. Miss Ann Maries meals were amazing !! Thank you guys for making our family vacation a trip we will never forget.

It was our first time in Jamaica for a group of 6. Both Ann Marie and Mr. Glen were so nice and always available if we needed them. The Villa was big enough to accommodate all of us. We only had time to get into the pool once but it was very refreshing and relaxing. I would recommend this villa to anyone that wants a nice and safe place to stay while in Jamaica. Keith the owner was very helpful and would always respond to my email or calls when I had questions before our stay. Thank you!
