This traditional building from the early 19th century was doomed to demolition. We are two brothers who have bought and lovingly restored since 2007.
The building was divided into two detached and independent accommodation with indoor public areas to serve (entrance, staircase, terrace) and with external private parking and a small garden.
HOUSING
The housing in which I propose to stay is in the western part of the building, away from the main street, facing south / southwest.
This duplex about 75 sqm on the ground, including the first and last floor, is modern, comfortable, fully equipped and very well soundproofed.
SLEEPING
At the level of the bed, the capacity of reception proposed is of 1 or 2 people with a 1 real bed of 160X200 in a room.
THE LIVING ROOM
In the living room, large roof windows offer views of the nearby countryside and the ocean, the building located 1. 5 km from the beach by road.
Kitchen open to the living / dining room, well equipped and functional, will allow you to cook at your ease: fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, convection oven, cutlery, plates, glasses, dishes, various containers and utensils kitchen, toaster, coffee machine ...
For entertainment, the living room has a good multimedia device with TV 80 cm, DVD player featuring a 20aine movies and a mini hi-fi CD / USB.
The LIBRARY SPACE / OFFICE
You will also have at your disposal in the room library / office a radio CD / USB, a 20aine eclectic CD, many books and magazines and a pleasant workspace.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM
A laundry area is also available with a room on the ground floor, in the duplex. You will find washing machine, dryer, clothes line and sink.

The interior common space under the stairs is available to store your prospective bike, surfboard, bodyboard, wetsuit ...

THE PARKING
Parking, common to 2 residences of the building and not fully enclosed, you can park your car nearby.
THE GARDEN
After your walks, excursions or during a lazy day, a small private garden, common to 2 residences of the building and fenced, you is available in the extension of parking. It is not directly attached to the building but to fifteen meters, on the other side of the small alley access to the neighboring house.
This green space of 150 m² and south-south west, raises a table, chairs and a barbecue ... Practical side you can also use it to rinse bikes, wetsuits, water damage or put the washing line.
