Welcome to a Peaceful Place!
Maui Kai 705 is our lbed/1 bath condo offering breath taking, unobstructed views the moment you step through the front door.
Our 7•h floor unit is modem, light and bright; a wonderful retreat, romantic getaway, or honeymoon destination.
We hand picked all the beautiful finishes, furniture, and décor with great care and primarily with our guests vacation wants and needs in mind. Sleeps 1·4.
Our well-appointed unit includes:
Direct Ocean Front views.
Large lanai with patio dining for 4 and comfortable round lounge bed.
Central Air and ceiling fans in both bed room and living room. Luxury vinyl floors throughout.
Updated, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances. Beautiful bathroom with designer tile floor and tile shower.
American Leather comfort sleeper sofa (known as the only sleeper sofa you can sleep on – no metal bars or springs).
Bed room features king sized platform bed with beauty rest mattress.
Bed has a 8 foot solid teak panel headboard , an amazing piece of art in itself.
Free in home Wifi/ alexa in LR/echo in bed room.
Free Cable/ Smart 58’inch TV in LR and 32′ TV in bedroom. Tasteful, modern furniture with tropical flare.
Board games, Maui guidebooks, boogie board, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler, beach toys for guest use.
Other amenities: Ironing Board, Iron, hair dryer, binoculars, and digital safe.
The Maui Kai is a quiet resort located on the northern end of the world famous Ka’ana pali beach just a couple of miles north of the historic whaling village town of Lahaina. I t also has direct access to the
Ka’anapali beach walk trail to many shops and restaurants including the famous Dukes Restaurant, Whalers Village, and Black Rock Beach.
The resort has coin-operated laundry facilities for your convenience, free parking, and no resort fees.
Enjoy using the resort’s heated pool and Jacuzzi. lt features an adjoining cabana with a kitchen and gas barbeques.
