Enjoy the summer in Sardinia. a recently restored farmhouse, inside an olive grove (we produce organic extra virgin olive oil), will allow you to enjoy Sardinia at its best.
Our fantastic beaches are only 15 km away and will give you unique emotions. The sunset in the Funtanamare sea is an unforgettable experience.
But Sardinia is not just sea!
If you love nature and the mountains, starting from the house you can take fabulous trekking that will take you to the top of the Marganai massif. a large outdoor area with a large covered veranda and barbecue will allow you to make the most of your time.
for lovers of free climbing, many crags in the area are waiting for you to be climbed.
Iglesias, just 3 km away, will offer you everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops of all kinds in a beautiful pedestrian old town will offer you quiet evenings outdoors.

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Sabrina

Il a fait très chaud mais les ventilateurs permettent de pouvoir dormir correctement. La maison est propre et bien placée, permet de visiter Iglesias et d’accéder à plusieurs plages agréables.

Heiß aber schön

Der Aufenthalt in Iglesias war sehr schön, trotz der brüllenden Hitze und der fehlenden Klimaanlage. Generell würde ich nicht unbedingt empfehlen im sehr heißen Juli die Unterkunft zu beziehen, es sei denn man hat tagsüber immer viel auf der Agenda und ist nur ganz früh morgens und spät Abends in der Unterkunft. Dennoch haben wir die ruhige Lage und den schönen Blick in die Oliven-Plantage und die Berge genossen. Die Stadt Iglesias ist schnell erreichbar, sowie einige Strände, Grotten und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit Schönheitsfehlern

Es kann ein schöner Urlaub werden - wenn man sich auf ein paar Subtilitäten einstellt: Vermieterin: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nimmt Kontakt über WhatsApp auf. Sie wohnt in der Nähe und ist bei Bedarf zur Stelle. Verkehrsanbindung: Iglesias ist gut über eine Schnellstrasse mit Cagliari verbunden. Man kommt schnell an viele Orte Südsardiniens. Die lokalen Strassen sind aber oft recht eng. Lage: ausserhalb von Iglesias in einem schönen Olivenhain, an sich ruhige Lage. Allerdings war die Zufahrtsstrasse von Iglesias aus in desaströsem Zustand und glich eher einer Mondlandschaft. Es gibt aber eine andere Zufahrt, wenn man von der Schnellstrasse bei km 48 abfährt. Wohnung: geräumig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Fliesen teilweise beschädigt. Ausstattung etwas sparsam. Toilette: Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass - wie in vielen Orten Sardiniens - das Toilettenpapier nicht in der Toilette, sondern im Mülleimer entsorgt werden muss. Trinkwasser: kein Anschluss an das öffentliche Trinkwassernetz, sondern lokale Wasserpumpen. Daher wird das Leitungswasser nicht zum Trinken empfohlen. Dafür stehen Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung. Küche: etwas sparsame Ausstattung, aber auf unseren Wunsch hin, hat uns die Vermieterin einen elektrischen Wasserkocher hingestellt. Einkaufen: viele Supermärkte in ca 3-5 km Entfernung. Fazit: wenn man sich auf die ungewohnten Details (Toilettenpapier, Trinkwasser, ...) eingestellt hat, kann man die sonnigen Nachmittage durchaus gut geniessen.

Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung bei Iglesias

Wir haben das Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung genutzt um Wanderungen im Umland von Iglesias zu machen, z.B. Grotta di Su Mannau (sehr zu empfehlen), Antanas Tempel, Costa Verde, Grotta di S. Giovanni, Küste bei Nebida. Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm, die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig und auch in der Küche war sehr vieles vorhanden. Das Bett war gut (nicht so weich) - so haben wir gut geschlafen. Wir hatten einen einfachen kleinen Mietwagen, und ein wenig Angst um unsere Reifen angesichts der recht grossen Schlaglöcher auf der Via Falcone (mit Vorsicht ist es machbar). Wenn man - als Tipp - den "Umweg" über die 2. Ausfahrt vor Igelsias und dann die Strasse via Localita Palmeri -> Via Zagbra -> Localita Palmeri zum Ziel nutzt (aussen rum) kann man die Schlaglöcher umfahren.

Sehr schön!!

Wer etwas abseits von Hektik und Trubel sein mag, ist hier genau richtig! Dennoch ist es nicht abgeschieden. Man ist schnell im nächsten Supermarkt, in 20 Min. zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Iglesias ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Süden der Insel zu erforschen. Das Häuschen hat alles, was man benötigt. Auch einen Außengrill. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und voll mit Olivenbäumen - herrlich! Die Gastgeberin ist klasse! Jederzeit erreichbar wenn man etwas braucht. Gerne wieder!!!!

Ferme rénovée qui dispose du nécessaire pour le séjour. Très bien située au centre des sites intéressants ( 50 kms). Sabrina à été très réactive lors d une crevaison le week-end, un grand merci Très bon séjour reposant pour un couple octogénaire.

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mitten im Olivenhain

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen - Sabrina war sogar für uns einkaufen (späte Anreise mit der Fähre aus Palermo). Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Las Iglesias ist in 5 Autominuten erreichbar und lädt zum flanieren und Essen ein (Restaurant-Tipps von Sabrina). Diverse Ausflugsziele innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten erreichbar. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastyczny Workation Miesiac

casa immersa nella natura

Casa molto carina in campagna con un bel porticato e un pergolato di vite splendido! Mandorli meravigliosi intorno. La casa è un po’ spartana nell’arredo ma realmente immersa nella natura e c’è tutto il necessario, comprese zanzariere alle finestre. Noi siamo stati benissimo, in pieno relax, letto comodo e spazi esterni godibili. Proprietaria gentilissima e posizione molto comoda sia per andare a Iglesias che per raggiungere spiagge meravigliose. Super consigliata per chi cerca relax e natura

Sommerferien 2021

Wir waren diesen Sommer 1.5 Wochen bei Sabrina. Sie empfang uns herzlich und erklärte uns die Wohnung und deren einzelheiten. Die Verständigung in Englisch war problemlos. Die Lage ist hervorragend geeignet für Wanderer und Kletterer. Die Wohnung und der Umschwung ist sehr ruhig und weilt ein zum erhohlen.

Ruhig und idyllisch

Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Woche in dem kleinen Farmhaus. Umgeben von einem Olivenhein und mit einer einladenden Gartenlaube. Iglesias erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 min und die schönen Strände in 25 min. Sabrina hat uns herzlich empfangen und war für Fragen immer erreichbar. Ein schöner Ort um zu entspannen und genießen. Gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay

Thank you Sabrina for the wonderful stay. The house is located wonderfully rural and private. We had a great time and enjoyed having aperitivo and cena outside on the terrace. Everything was arranged well, communication with Sabrina excellent and the house has the basics you expect.

Schönes Häuschen in perfekter ruhiger Lage

Wer einen Ort für ruhige Ferien sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das Häuschen liegt super schön und bietet alles, was man braucht. Haben besonders die Abende auf der Terasse genossen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit in der Stadt und an der wunderschönen Küste! Sabrina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sofort zur Stelle, falls irgendwas sein sollte! Vielen Dank für Alles :)

Una piacevole sorpresa....

La casa di Sabrina si trova in campagna a pochi minuti da Igleasias e non lontana da tutti i servizi. Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri cagnolini che sono stati ben accolti e hanno apprezzato lo spazio che avevano a disposizione all'esterno della casa. Consigliato per chi ama la privacy della campagna senza rinunciare ad avere le comodità del paese a pochi minuti d'auto. Una piacevole sorpresa per vivere la Sardegna in modo differente!

Die Beschreibung passt genau zum Objekt. Sabrina hat uns an der Tankstelle abgeholt obwohl es schon fast Mitternacht war. Die Lebensmittel für das erste Frühstück hatte sie auch dabei. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen Urlaub im Iglesiente im September/Oktober 2019.

Un moment de détente.

Très agréable maison au calme au milieu des oliviers et au pied de la montagne. Sabrina est charmante et très attentionnée. Nous arrivions tard le premier soir et elle nous avait prévu de quoi manger pour le soir et le petit déjeuner car les magasins étaient fermés. La région est très jolie et l'endroit est très bien placé pour faire de la randonnée et également la plage. La maison est équipée de tout ce qu'il faut y compris pour la plage. Merci encore Sabrina, nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez vous. Ce fût très reposant. Audrey & Dominique

Oase der Ruhe

3 Wochen Urlaub in der absoluten Idylle. Wer abseits der Touristenmassen entspannen will und dies nicht am Luxus festmacht, ist hier richtig. Zwischen Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge steht Sabrinas Häuschen. Ein idealer Standort, um die beeindruckende Gegend und die Strände zu erkunden. Zwei Supermärkte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles Nötige für die Zeit ist im sauberen Haus vorhanden. Sabrina ist die ideale Gastgeberin, unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dabei ist sie äußerst zurückhaltend und dennoch präsent und erfüllt selbst Sonderwünsche. Natur- und Strandliebhaber mit Freude am individuellen Erkunden in ruhiger Umgebung sind hier bestens aufgehoben!!! Wir sagen von Herzen Dank für drei traumhaft schöne Wochen!! 13.07.-03.08.2019

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft bietet ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnräume sind schlicht eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin Sabrina haben wir gute Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Pizzerias in Iglesias bekommen. Die Lage ist landschaftlich sehr schön und mit ca. 10 Autominuten zur Stadt auch recht praktisch. Negativ in Erinnerung ist uns lediglich die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft, die einige sehr tiefe Schlaglöcher aufwies.

Perfekte Erholung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und bietet alles, um sich gut zu entspannen. Alles war sauber, gut gepflegt und die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
