Der tolle Urlaub....

Es waren zwei sehr schönes Wochen unser Urlaub. Tolles Haus, viel Platz für alle. Sauberer Pool. Wiel das Haus einzeln steht und sehr große Grundstück hat, konnten wir laut sein und keinen stören, mit 15 Person kann man nicht immer leise und ruhig bleiben. Wir haben auch mehrere Besucher gekriegt wie Hasen, Einhörnchen, Eidechsen, was für Kids auch interessant war. Für Familien mit Kindern ist genau der richtige Ort. In 5 Minuten Fahrt, sehr vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Strände sind auch nicht weit weg. Also uns hat sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne noch mal unser Urlaub hier verbringen.

Magnífica casa

Muy bien, en general y conforme a lo anunciado. La casa está muy bien, es amplia y bien dotada de equipación y electrodomésticos y con menaje suficiente para las plazas que anuncia al igual que las habitaciones: espaciosas, con armarios y perchas suficientes. Nos alojamos dos familias y quedamos muy satisfechos ya que la casa es perfecta tanto por la equipación de la casa, el espacio interior como por el gran jardín y la gran piscina para que niños y adultos puedan jugar y disfrutar. Además la casa está lo suficientemente aislada para no molestar a nadie ni ser molestado y además completamente vallada para mayor tranquilidad y a 5 minutos del pueblo para compras, etc. Tomás, el encargado de mantenimiento, y limpieza de la magnífica piscina, se mostró muy amable y dispuesto con las necesidades que pudiéramos tener al igual que Marisa, la propietaria, con quién el contacto fue fluido y muy bueno. La casa no dispone de aire acondicionado pero los ventiladores que tiene y las fechas en las que estuvimos (2ª quincena de agosto) permitieron que no los echáramos en falta. · Únicas pegas: 1- La autovía está muy cerca por lo que el ruido constante es considerable. 2- La piscina carece de ducha para lavarse antes de entrar al agua y no ensuciarla cuando uno llegue de la playa por ejemplo, pero Tomás lo solventó proporcionándonos una manguera. 3- La plaga de ratas que sufre la zona (no la casa), que aunque comprensible al ser una zona de campo, no es agradable y es un problema arraigado como Tomás nos comentó. No es lo mismo encontrarte un conejo en el jardín o un ratón que una rata bajo tus pies en el cenador o bebiendo de la piscina mientras te bañas... aunque sea campo. 4- La cantidad de maleza en la parte trasera de la casa y algún rincón más del jardín hacen esas zonas impracticables convirtiéndose en refugio de gran cantidad de insectos y animales. En definitiva, una casa muy buena y conforme a lo anunciado con unos anfitriones estupendos.

Belle villa bien équipée, très agréable

Très belle propriété, spacieuse et disposant d'un équipement assez complet. Hôte prévenante. Seul petit bémol : quelques odeurs parfois et la proximité de la route (mais le bruit des cigales couvre ☺️). Extérieur super agréable.

Bon séjour agréable

Notre Séjour familial s'est très bien passé, les touts petits comme les ados adultes et seniors ont appréciés le calme et la piscine. Propriété typique familial présentant toutes les commodités nécessaires . Tout le monde a pu trouver son univers dans la maison. Merci à la propriétaire disponible et surtout à Tomas qui a su répondre a toutes mes questions . A recommander.

We had a really great time at the house we are divers and went diving in various bays nearby and coming back and relaxing in the pool and having a bbq afterwards was great the house was ideal for us with plenty of room and a real homely feel about it. UNE MERVEILLE

Trois semaines de vacances , 18 personnes dont 6 enfants ,une merveille , la maison est trés grande et fonctionnelle avec tous l'équipement indispensable , les environs sont magnifiques et trés facile d'accés à pied ou à vélo . Le monsieur qui s'occupe de la piscine et de la maison est trés disponible et sympatique. Le bar Simon qui est à 5 minutes propose des repas trés abordable et vend également du pain et des produits de premier secour, Merci encore pour ces vacances fantastiques maria

Nous étions 16 et avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Elles est grande avec un grand terrain pour que les enfants puissent courir et jouer tranquillement. La piscine est grande également ce qui permet de bien s'amuser. Pour le repas les tables dans le jardin permettent de manger sans souffrir du soleil et sous le chant des cigales. La maison est simple et pas récente mais dispose de toutes les commodités (wifi, lave vaisselle...). On ne dérange personne si on fait du bruit ou la fête car les autres maisons ne sont pas collées. C'est donc paisible et même si on peut voir qu'il y a un grand axe routier sur maps, on est pas gêné par le bruit des voitures. La location est bien placée et à proximité des axes routiers permettant de visiter Carthagène, alicante.... De belles criques sont à proximité comme à Cabo de palos, Carthagène, bahia de portman ou la réserve de callblanque. On peut voir des poissons multicolores, des poulpes et même des raies. Tous les commerces sont également à proximité avec de nombreux marchés. Concernant la propriétaire, Marisa, elle s'est inquiétée de notre bien être, nous a donné des conseils et étaient toujours présente par mail dès que nous avions une question.Thomas, la personne qui entretient la maison est passé également pour s'occuper de la piscine et nous renseignait avec plaisir. Nous recommandons cette maison à partager entre amis ou à plusieurs familles.

Villa idéale pour famille nombreuse

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Santa Marta, nous étions 4 familles soit 20 pers, et avons pu profiter de tout les aménagements proposés par la villa. L’accueil de Thomas était parfait, très à l'écoute et très serviable. Marisa, propriétaire des lieux, très disponible a très bien su nous diriger et nous conseiller. La piscine est un des points fort de la propriété, très grande et très bien entretenu. La maison est spacieuse et les 4 salles de bains très appréciable. Le voisinage est assez loin, ce qui permets de profiter des espaces extérieurs sans modération.

Villa Idéal pour les familles nombreuses

Santa Marta est une Villa très agréable, idéal pour les familles nombreuses, proche de la ville mais également un peu à l'écard du voisinage, nous étions 20 personnes à y séjourner, et avons pu profiter de tout l'espace que nous offre la maison, et ses extérieurs. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Thomas, qui s'est charger du nettoyage de la piscine pendant notre séjour, la piscine est l'un des points fort de Santa Marta. Marisa, propriétaire, nous a très bien dirigé. La villa est sans prétention, et conforme au photo, idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Amazing holidays!! Great value for money!

We were a group of 12 friends longing for a place where to chill out, and we found what we wanted in this villa. The villa is decorated in a rustic way, but it adds to the charm. It has everything you would want, dishwasher, washing machine,TV and wifi connection. We weren't interested on TV, though - The best feature of the house is the terrace, the garden and of course the pool - which looks like it has been recently renovated. It was fantastic to spend the afternoons swimming, and the evenings just chatting or playing cards in the terrace. The villa is conveniently secluded from the town, yet still close enough to go do groceries, or go to get an ice cream. We didn't hang out too much in town, though. We didn't leave the house much, except for the time when we went to a beach as recommended by the owner - a place called Calblanque - that is absolutely a must. It's about 20 minutes away by car. Amazing clear waters. It was not too crowded at this time of the year but you need to take your sandwiches and water with you because there are no kiosks. Totally worth it. There is also a golf club conveniently at walking distance from the house. A couple of us went to play some holes one of the days. Overall we had a great stay, the house is much nicer than what you see in the pictures, and we found the relaxation we wanted. We keep this listing in our favorites for coming times.
