My time 9n aztec

It was perfect location for my needs. It was clean and well accommodated. Shower in the master had a shower curtain 6 inches too short which was a little wonky however not a major issue for a 2 day stay. I appreciated the gate and door security. I would use again, thank you for your home

Great Get-A-Way!

I had a great time at this property, and it was just perfect for my needs. I was traveling with three elderly people and they had a little trouble getting up and down the stairs, but other than that no problems. The house was just as advertised. about a half hour drive from Durango and Ignacio(casino), and Farmington. Will definitely stay here again next year when I have to bring my daughter back to school(Ft. Lewis College). The kitchen had everything you need and plenty of towels and extra linens. Could have left some notes on how to turn TV on and mark witch remotes go to what, there was three of them. Again, thanks for stay and see you next year.

Good price, good location

I had a little hard time to give an overall rating but decided for 4 stars in the end. The location is really good between Durango and Aztec. The price for this region is unbeatable. I had good communication with Shelly and she was very open answering my questions. The. house is very spacious but a bit neglected with serveral things needing some attention, Some more outdoor furniture other than two chairs would be nice.

Great house

We would stay here again, and highly recommend. The price is great and so much better than staying in a hotel! House was comfortable, clean and updated inside. I would not recommend for small children just because the terrain outside is not ideal (tall natural grasses, etc - think snakes!) If you do have small kids, just watch your kids! There were horses in the pasture which was nice. Keep in mind there was one swamp cooler, not central A/C and a window unit A/C. It kept us plenty cool but it also wasn't terribly hot during our stay. Fans in the bedrooms helped. The owner was very responsive to our texts. There was everything we needed and our stay was very pleasant. We were only a few miles from town for groceries, etc. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for the accomodations!

Terrible

This place had problems. First of all it was listed as a house but was a double-wide mobile home. A bed was broken so it couldn't be used, another bed had a mattress that just sunk in to the bottom of the mattress, the refrigerator was dirty and had not been cleaned, there was clutter in closets and parts of the home were not cleaned, like doors and walls, the porch was unstable and felt as though one could fall through the wood near the BBQ grill, and there was trash strewn through out the yard. We asked for a refund and had to find a hotel late in the evening, which was not easy! Very disappointing!
