Our place is well equipped with whatever you need to make your trip a pleasure! It is a two bedroom, one bath house with plenty of room for guests. It has a screened in porch, covered boat/trailer storage and large driveway/corner lot to accommodate outdoor activities. There is a neighborhood boat ramp a minute from the house. Buchanan Resort and Big Eagle Public boat ramp are 3 minutes away. It is less than 10 minutes to Paris Landing State Park and about 20 minutes to LBL. Great Location!

There were four of us staying and we were very comfortable.

We were in the area for a bass tournament. We had two boats and two vehicles. The property accommodated everything easily. Towels and supplies were plentiful. We would definitely choose this listing if we ever return to the area.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great weekend. The home was clean and ready for our stay. The owners left a small welcome package on the table for us and the home had everything we needed. We had brought our own cookware, seasonings and such but the home was well stocked with all of that as well. The location was close to several marinas and parks. We found places to eat in the area but some activities are still closed due to Covid (Elk/Bison Prairie). It was a good jump off point for our excursions to the lake, shops in Hazel, and restaurants in Dover and Paris.

Excellent!

We used this cabin for our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect! The property was wonderful, the fire pit was amazing, the screened in porch was so nice to have and the bedrooms were good too. The host was the star of the show tho! She kept communication lines open at all times and helped whenever she could. She was on top of everything from when we planned on checking in to when we checked out.

Rustic Gem!

We stayed for a long weekend for a girls' trip with 3 children and 3 adults. We had plenty of space, and everything in the cabin was as described. The neighborhood is quiet, and the property is well-maintained. We received helpful and timely communication from the hostess with answers to my questions and recommendations for activities and shopping. The only suggestion I have is to put a mirror in both bedrooms. With only one bathroom, a couple other mirrors would be very helpful for doing hair or makeup. I realize this doesn't probably apply to the fisherman crowd, but for the ladies, it would've been great!

Fabulous house!

We had a great time at this fabulous property. Mary Anne was very helpful as we were traveling from Southern Vermont and all amenities that we could have needed, she provided for us. The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had many living areas to enjoy! Highly recommend this home to anyone & we hope to get back there again!

Great home for a weekend stay

This was so much better than a hotel and it didn’t cost that much more. It is very clean. It has a very nice sun room too. It is not too far to walk to the water which we did and had nice stroll. The owner always answered very quickly if I asked her anything.

Super cute, cozy, and clean!

Loved this house. It was a perfect spot to meet up with family and spend a nice Christmas weekend. We had eight people. And there was a plenty of sleeping space and with the open kitchen living room floor plan, there was plenty seating for everybody.

Near the lake

Nice clean home, near the lake - fully equipped with everything needed for a 'home away'. Home is situated in neighborhood setting, no privacy for outdoor gathering but if that is what you prefer it is a very comfortable place to 'get away'.
