Gorgeous Mid Century Modern home close to downtown Palm Springs. Perfect for your best vacation! Renovated only 2 years ago, the design incorporates a modern yet warm flow throughout. Kitchen features new cabinets, quartz counters and stainless counters including a raised seated bar area and sexy lighting. Master suite has it's own bath and backyard/pool access. Two additional updated bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool area has gorgeous direct views of the San Jacinto mountain and all of its grandeur along with grass and game area. Pool and all patio just remodeled as well. This is a house that will entertain your friends and family!

Beautiful property.
Great house with beautiful backyard. Pool, spa, fire table and separate bar area. Fun house, decor was on scale with the mid century modern style.

A darling house in a good location
This house is so cute! It fit two couples perfectly with equal sized bedrooms that had king beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the backyard. The backyard is huge!The owner/property manager was great with communication and quickly replied to any and all questions! Would highly recommend staying at this property and would do so again if we are ever back in Palm Springs.

Our group consisted of 4 adults. The house was exactly as listed, clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. Pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really great place
This is a wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs. Listing is very accurate. Property managers are easy to work with and responsive. Outdoor area is perfect for doing whatever. And the location of the house is very convenient to lots of places. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Great outdoor spaces to augment the well appointed inside. Communication was smooth and check in and check out were easy. Would stay again.

Was originally drawn to the listing because of the excellent ratings but this is really an average property, not in a great neighborhood. It's not far from downtown Palm Springs—about a 10 minute drive—but not within walking distance and it seemed a bit transient with an apartment building next door and some vacant lots. The home is pleasant enough but it's pretty weathered from use. The couch is quite worn, the paper blinds don't work and were pretty dusty/dirty and the ice maker in the fridge was not functioning. The hot water heater went out twice during our stay. The host was responsive and had a plumber come out twice but eventually had to replace the entire unit. The host also promised renumeration for the inconvenience but that never materialized. I would recommend more effort in upkeep and the host performing a walk-through of the property before guests arrive just to make sure everything's in order.

A private pool paradise
We enjoyed our stay and loved the outdoor living space with great spa and pool. Private, quiet, comfortable home with plenty of space and well equipped. Only a few minor inconveniences like a broken coffee maker but the great hosts were very responsive and replaced it within hours. Didn’t want to leave! Would recommend for a relaxing get away in the sun with the family.

Perfect stay!
The home was as described. Easy access to downtown Palm Springs and several local sites. Three bathrooms is a plus. The hot tub worked perfectly for cold mornings and nights. Kitchen has sufficient amenities for cooking. Being able to let the sun shine in most windows is great with the mountain vista.
