Updated, spacious 3 Bdrm/2.5 Ba private home w. separate dining area, in lovely area. Close to everything! 5 minute drive to Bunche Beach, close to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach, stores and restaurants nearby.
Enjoy relaxing on the screened-in patio overlooking the lake, a swim in the community pool or a tennis game.
Kitchen has eat-in area plus separate dining area and newly updated appliances. Washer and dryer, A/C. The space is 2400 sqft with an oversized master bedroom, HD TV and wi-fi.
Grocery stores, Target, CVS, banks, restaurants, postal service, gym within a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Library, miniature golf and golf closeby. Bunche Beach Preserve with its' pristine beach and kayak rentals is within bicycle distance or a 4-5 minute drive.
Easy access to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, 15-20 minutes to Downtown Fort Myers and the Historical District, where you find vibrant restaurants and entertainment. 25 minutes to RSW Airport.
Come and enjoy Southwest Florida- the Fort Myers-Sanibel area is wonderful, with plenty to do for all ages!
