Villa Les Agrions avec piscine

REOPENING 2024 after works: This spacious villa of over 200m2, with a beautiful view of the valley, is ideal for one or more families.
Surrounded by a large garden of 2800 m2 planted with maritime pines, olive trees and Mediterranean plants, it offers you a very calm and relaxing setting.
The swimming pool (10x5m) with a large stone beach of 140m2 and its pool house welcome you for relaxation and very pleasant aperitifs with friends.

The house, built on 2 levels, offers a large living room with fireplace, a beautiful kitchen and a comfortable dining area to reunite with your family. A sleeping area on the ground floor with 3 suites while upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (1 double bedroom with two single beds joined together and a dormitory bedroom for children with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds.
The whole house is air conditioned.

For the 2024 season, after the renovation of the kitchen, all the rooms on the ground floor have been renovated, as well as the floor and the entrance. The creation of a table football area completes this successful renovation.

In the garden, the swimming pool area welcomes you with numerous deckchairs and a pool house where you can curl up on the sofa. You also have a large 20m2 covered terrace for your meals, communicating with the kitchen and the living room where a plancha is at your disposal. There is even a cabin for children, hidden under the trees.

Finally, wifi you will benefit from a very high speed fiber wifi connection.

Linen is included in the price (sheets and bath towels for inside), beds are made upon your arrival. Only towels for the swimming pool should be brought for your stay.

Great place for large families

Great place for large families, everyone could have their own separate area but still be together. Good quiet location as base for exploring villages of Provence, swimming in the river and the beaches around the Mediterranean.

Wonderful family holiday

As a family group of 12 with ages ranging from 10 through to 86 we have had a fantastic holiday and cannot thank our hosts enough. The property itself was perfect for all of us and we particularly enjoyed the outside areas and of course the pool. What was disappointing (no fault of the owner) was the noise from a large amount of dogs kept at the property at the bottom of the gounds. The noise along with the smell of dog poop when they were being cleaned out was not pleasant. As I said, nothing the owner or their management agent could do and we did not raise it. We would definitely return for another holiday so thank you so much.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und teilweise übertroffen. Es ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Das gilt insbesondere für die moderne Küche. Es liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend der Provence und ist von viel Grün und Bäumen eingerahmt, so dass man ganz für sich ist. Der Pool ist großartig und sehr gut gepflegt. Das gilt auch für das gesamte Haus. In "echt" war das Haus nochmal deutlich besser als auf den ohnehin schon schönen Bildern. Die Terrasse mit den sehr großen Tisch ist überdacht und somit im Schatten, was angesichts der großen Hitze Gold wert war. Die Concierge Celine war großartig. Sie hat sich liebenswürdig um alles gekümmert und uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde am nächsten Werktag durch einen Klempner beseitigt. Ich wünschte, dass würde zuhause auch mal so gut funktionieren. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, denn das Haus liegt sehr hoch und ist zu Fuß nicht gut erreichbar. Aber bis zu 4 Autos haben Platz, davon 2 innerhalb des Zaunes. Wir waren mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 5 Kindern da (9 Personen insgesamt). 3 Betten blieben noch ungenutzt. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Alle waren glücklich. Ein großartiges Haus.

Sehr schönes Haus, bestens ausgestattet

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, bei dem es uns an nichts fehlte. Das Highlite wareine nagelneue und für große Gruppen ausgestattete Küche und der schöne Pool mit Poolhaus und Tischtennisplatte.

Schöne Tage in der Provence

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Les Agrions, es hat wieder für unsere Bedürfnisse super gepasst. Die Garage war groß genug für acht Motorräder, Küche und Grill neu, alles tip top sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter Check Out, herzlichen Dank an Celine, Rache undJonathan. Die Gästemappe war neu, neue Service-Ideen, es geht vorwärts.War sicher nicht das letzte Mal... Liebe Grüße, Willi

Maison de vacances familiale nichée au cœur des pins

La maison doit profiter en été de la fraicheur des pins et d'un joli point de vue sur la vallée. En hiver elle est un peu sombre mais très bien chauffée et jouissant d'une agréable cheminée fonctionnelle dans la pièce à vivre. La répartition des 5 chambres et des 3 pièce d'eau est pratique pour des vacances en famille. La table de la pièce a vivre est parfaite pour accueillir de grandes tablées, le salon mériterait quelques assises supplémentaires. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec l'équipement de base, quelques récipients supplémentaires pour cuisiner et faire de grandes salades seraient les bienvenus. Sans doute parce que c'était l'hiver nous aurions apprécié quelques lampes d'appoint supplémentaires, dans la chambre dortoire de l'étage par exemple. Enfin la présence de livres dans les bibliothèques est très appréciable pendant les vacances.

Magnifique

Grande propriété avec une très belle piscine et un grand jardin. Parking pour 5 véhicules. Équipement très complet. Chambres agréables pour maximum 10 personnes. Beau séjour. Une table de tennis de table, mais les raquette manquaient…dommage! Beau barbecue au gaz, mais il était dans un salle état…à vérifier à votre arrivée. Ruime , goed onderhouden villa

Aangenaam verblijf gehad in het stille thoronet. Goede uitvalbasis om naar verschillende bezienswaardigheden en rijden zoals st Tropez, st maxim. Leuke mtb tracks te starten vanuit de villa. De loungeset , bbq en droogrek zijn aan vervanging toe.

s'assurer des réparations avant de louer

la plupart des robinets sont montés à l'envers et la température de l'eau est beaucoup trop élevée (93°Celsius)ce qui m'a occasionné une brûlure au 2nd degré sur tt le dos du pied! je n'ai donc pas pu profiter de la région, de la piscine, de marches à pied, et je suis toujours confinée chez moi sans pouvoir bouger il faudrait aussi réparer l'échelle de la piscine ou la changer, trop glissante et mal fixée sans oublier le parasol cassé, les bouteilles de gaz vides.. cette semaine de location va me coûter 3 semaines d'immobilisation

Une bonne situation géographique mais quelques déboires à l'arrivée

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais qui a été entaché par quelques déboirs : * Douches et baignoires ne s'écoulaient pas bien le jour de notre arrivée (attente 2-3 jours pour vidage de la fosse sceptique par un pro) * Barbecue mal nettoyé et très peu de gaz, nous avons dû trouver un lieu ou en acheter un dimanche (même si remboursé par la gestionnaire c'est dommage de ne pas avoir fait le changement avant notre arrivée) * Filet de la table de ping pong cassé et rafistolé par de précédents locataires semble-t-il. * Parasol présent dans le garage cassé alors que noté dans le PDF d'arrivée et non dit par la gestionnaire lors de notre tour de la propriété * Le PDF d'arrivé annonce une cuisine professionnelle => non je ne suis pas d'accord, il s'agit d'une cuisine équipée avec les outils de base mais les couteaux de découpe sont tout de même à vérifier car beaucoup sont cassés et l'épluche légume rouillé * Il est dit que la maison est louée avec 2 pastilles de lave vaisselle et les épices (pas de pastille lave vaisselle et pas de sel dans les épices...) Enfin le point le plus désagréable a été de payer une certaine somme pour avoir le linge de maison (draps et serviettes), à ce prix là nous pensions au moins que les lits seraient fait à notre arrivée... très décevant (sans parler que le linge de maison n'est pas repassé). Sinon c'est une jolie propriété qui mériterait un meilleur entretien mais a beaucoup de potentiel et surtout qui est bien placée.

Mooie woning met fantastisch zwembad

Zeer vlotte boeking en prima communicatie/check-in. Woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, volledig volgens de beschrijving. Fantastisch zwembad. Airco overal in huis, dit was een zeer groot pluspunt. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! Niks op aan te merken. Kleine randbemerking: de toegangsweg gaat in de laatste honderden meters steil omhoog.

Charmantes Domizil

Landestypischer Charme, für unsere Gruppe von Motorradfahrern geräumig genug, in der Garage konnten 8 Motorräder geparkt werden. Den Pool mit großer Terasse haben wir sehr genossen, wie unseren Aufenthalt in der Region, es zieht uns immer wieder nach Südfrankreich….

Excellent séjour au Thoronet

Belle propriété située dans un endroit merveilleux et calme, avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse et un grand jardin. Nous avons loué en hiver et n'avons donc pas pu profiter de la belle piscine. Villa parfaitement équipée, y compris un bon chauffage, très appréciable en décembre ainsi qu'une belle cheminée. Excellent accueil par la personne sur place et relations chaleureuses par mail avec les propriétaires. En plus très réactifs! Séjour parfait donc!

Perfect holiday home, beautiful views and great location

We have absolutely loved staying at this lovely villa with pool. Jonathan and Rachel have been very responsive and helpful throughout with their recommendations and tips, and so have been Sabrina and the pool lady. I rented this home for 2 weeks, 1 with family which included 4 kids and 1 toddler and 1 week with friends - this house has been great for both! Lovely pool, BBQ, and big table on the terrasse to have lovely breakfasts and dinners all together! It is also brilliantly located, private in a quiet area with lovely views but one hour from the beaches/coast on one side, and one hour from the Verdon gorges on the other. I would definitely recommend.- and likely rent again! Thank you again for everything!

Skøn familieferie

Husets indretning, den dejlige terrase og et særdeles velfungerende poolområde var rigtig gode rammer for et skønt familieophold med bedsteforældre, børn og børnebørn. Kommunikationen med Jonathan har været upåklagelig. Vi er meget glade for, at ferien i Le Thoronet endelig lykkedes efter et års udsættelse på grund af corona-situationen.

Heel leuk verblijf gehad in deze mooie villa! De organisatie en het ontvangst was heel goed. Wel even de overdekte terrassen wat moeten schoonmaken, gezien de vele wind van de dagen voordien, maar voor het overige was alles aanwezig, in orde, kortom een heel leuke locatie om te verblijven in deze streek. Enorm genoten van het zwembad en de overdekte terrassen.

Prima geschikt voor 2 families

Prima huis met een lekker zwembad. Huis is geschikt voor families en ligt op een heuvel met mooi uitzicht. De bedjes bij het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe.

Vacances très agréables

Villa spacieuse correspondant parfaitement au descriptif, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, magnifique coin piscine, calme. Couchages satisfaisants. Village du Thoronet typique et facile d'accès. Situation centrale pour visiter la région.
