Spacious one bedroom, one bathroom casa located in Baja's Resort at East Cape. High ceilings with a large sliding door opening onto a private patio with stairs leading to a rooftop terrace. Full kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Easy walk to beach, groceries and many excellent restaurants as well as ATMs and a variety of shopping. Resort amenities include laundry room, pool, and hot tub. You can also book horseback riding, a whale & dolphin cruise or a sport fishing trip. Pickle ball courts located at the park next to the resort. Local mountain bike rentals if you would like to enjoy the extensive network of single track available in the area.

Great location for walking everywhere. About 5 minutes to the beach, all stores & restaurants are easy walking distance as well. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property is the perfect location to see everything the Los Barriles area has to offer. We rented a side by side at the main office and had a wonderful time. The casa was everything we expected and more.

extremely responsible and helpful by owner and property manager

we are unable to turn on the gas stover. We txt the owner. Within 20 mins, the property manager will come help us. Ask, the property manager and his staff are super nice, they will help us to prepare water-sport equipments so we can pick up any time. We highly recommend this property. we definitely will rent this property again next time.

Just what we needed

My husband and I were very happy with this casita and the grounds at East Cape. The pool was clean and refreshing for an evening dip after the beach. It was a pleasure to rent from Chris as he was very easy to communicate and Omar the manager on site was extremely helpful. Everything was within walking distance! We recommend this property and hope to visit again!
