Restored cottage equipped with nine to accommodate 6/8 people for 100 € / night. In RC, a big stay / living room with a super equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: presence of a private bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer and toilet) in each room and a bed 90 and a BZ 120 offering the possibility of additional beds on the landing for the children eventually.

3 hours from Paris by the A10, this cottage is well located between the Loire and Cher rich historical heritage.
The Futuroscope (86-Poitiers) by the A85 motorway is 1 hour to escape as a family during the day ...
Local shops: bread distributor and pastries 2 km in the village and restaurants, bank, post office, medical office and paramedical are 10 minutes:
Montrichard on the banks of the Cher with a very attractive leisure park and the modern aquatic center (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hamman).

A Very Enjoyable Week

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well equipped and very comfortable. Our host made us feel very welcome. The kitchen, dining and reception rooms are a good size, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are rather small. The location is very rural but situated well for visiting local tourist sites. We certainly recommend this property.

Great Gite

Great mid-terraced Gite in a good location close to Amboise. Handy for all Chateaus. Bedrooms are small but well equipped. Living area was large light and very airy. Loads of Parking, we had three cars. Secure Gated garden.

Perfect

The property was everything we could have wanted - spotlessly clean, well equipped and in an excellent location for an exploration of the Loire Valley. Annick was there to meet us, and during our three week stay was available to make sure we had everything we needed to make our holiday perfect. The property was spacious and comfortable, and set in a peaceful, tranquil area. The en suite bathrooms were an excellent feature, with plentiful hot water. We all had a wonderful time and thank Annick for her care and consideration of us.

A September break

Although our hosts spoke no English with my limited knowledge of the French language and by using translator apps. communication was very efiicient and helpful.Our hosts answred all of our questions and help us find a good local restaurant and taxi so we could celebrate our 50th, wedding anniversary.The conversion of the gite had been done extremely well especially downstairs - excellent well equipped kitchen/dining/lounge areas - the upstairs was very clean etc. but space was limited - no wardrobe - needed better storage but space constrained as bedrooms in roof.Gites either side still being worked on so looked a little like a building site - all should have been completed before letting & needed some soft lanscaping/pation area to sit on - price was reasonable reflecting more work required.

Séjour parfait

Un accueil très chaleureux, un gite très spacieux et parfaitement propre avec un très beau terrain, un emplacement idéal pour visiter les Châteaux de la Loire et résider dans un havre de paix. Je recommanderai ce gite à mes amis et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Kulturreise ins Loire-Gebiet

Wir haben als 3 Paare die Wohnung gemietet, um einige Sehenswürdigkeiten im Loire-Gebiet zu besichtigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Wohnbereich sehr großzügig. Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren jeweils mit eigener Toilette und Dusche ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist aber gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten zu den verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Loire-Gebiet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sprechen allerdings nur französisch. Für den verlangten Preis kann die Wohnung jederzeit empfohlen werden.

Gîte dépaysant

Magnifique batisse très propre bien entretenue et équipée. Le terrain est vaste et agréable, ce qui permet aux enfants de jouer en toute liberté. Les sites historiques se trouvent à une distance raisonnable. Je pense revenir dès que possible pour échapper au stress quotidien de Paris.

Nos hemos alojado 6 días y la estancia ha sido perfecta. Los anfitriones muy agradables, han estado pendientes de todo y muy amables siempre. La casa muy limpia, muy bien equipada, no le faltaba de nada. También era muy amplia para poder estar todo el grupo, las habitaciones grandes y con todo lo necesario. La situación es perfecta para visitar los castillos de la zona. Si volvemos por la zona, sería un lugar que volveríamos a escoger para ir, ya que ha sido una experiencia estupenda.

Prima huis, erg schoon en zeer goed ontvangen

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad, zeer welkom geheten door de eigenaresse. We kregen een rondleiding met uitleg ed. Het huis was erg ruim beneden en op de bovenverdieping had ieder een slaapkamer en eigen douche en toilet.Superschoon allemaal. Alles was goed uitgerust, de keuken was ook erg ruim.En aan beide zijden van het huis konden we gebruik maken van het terras. De ligging is ook subliem.Een hele rustige omgeving en centraal gelegen vwb. Bezoek aan mooie stadjes en kastelen. Een aanrader en zeker een herhaling waard.Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid Annick en Jean-Paul !!!

SEJOUR ZOO + CHATEAUX

1 semaine de vacances grand-parents et petit-enfants ! Dans un joli gite très agréable , spacieux , très bien équipé et dans le calme de la nature .Grand jardin et étang à carpes . Merveilleux endroit bien placé au milieu des chateaux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. nous avons apprécié l'accueil par le propriétaire.Le gite est d'une propreté et surtout bien équipé tant en appareil ménager qu'en vaisselle. les chambres et salles de bains sont bien aménagés.l'endroit est calme et reposant et surtout bien situé au milieu des chateaux . Parfait

Logement très bien situé, proche de toutes visites tout en étant au calme et en pleine campagne. Très très bien équipé / fonctionnel et équipements de bonne qualité. C’est très très agréable d’avoir une salle de bain dans chaque chambre pour l’intimité et pour le gain de temps . Bel accueil, nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.
