Small house 50 m2 ideally located because central position in Quiberon (10-15 mn max feet from the different points of Quiberon: downtown, beaches, port, supermarket). Quiet neighborhood, bay side (near Port-Haliguen).

Re-equipped and fully modernized in 2013, very clean. Small but very functional because a lot of storage.

1 living room with flat screen TV, dvd player, equipped with a new BZ sofa with large bedding and superior quality (size 160 x 200, mattress for daily sleeping, 2 people).
1 well-equipped independent kitchen in small household appliances and crockery, with washing machine.
1 room equipped with 2 mattresses and sommiers "twin" (size of each 80 x 200), which can be contiguous to constitute 1 bed of torque.
1 bathroom with shower.
1 independent toilet.

Closed courtyard to park your car.
Cellar to store your fishing equipment, beach or your bikes.
Small terrace at the front with small garden table.
Large terrace at the back, parasol and barbecue, overlooking garden of 150 m2 in lawn.

Pets allowed (maximum 2).
Possibility to rent linens and cleaning at the end of stay on supplement.
Stays from Saturday to Saturday. Stays less than 1 week REFUSED.

Séjour idéal en Bretagne

La maison est parfaitement équipée pour un séjour agréable . A l étage balcon ensoleillé. Petite terrasse ensoleillée devant avec possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la cour. Terrasse à l ombre derrière. Le logement est situé à qq minutes à pieds de la plage , le port , les restaurants. Annonce parfaitement conforme à la réalité.

logement conforme a la description

très beau séjour , le logement est bien situé entre le centre de Quiberon, les plages et la cote sauvage, on peux aller prendre le bateau pour les iles a pied. Les propriétaires sont joignables facilement. Quiberon est une jolie ville est les environs sont magnifiques, mer un peu froide mais le soleil était présent tous les jours.

Maisonnette sympa proche de tout

Logement pratique et bien équipé. accessbilité à tous les commerces top. Petite terrasse bien ombragée aux bonnes heures de la journée. Bonne literie. Nous avons eu la chance d'une semaine de canicule avec toutefois des nuits difficilement supportables. A noter que toute l'habitation est au premier étage avec des navettes à faire pour profiter de la terrasse arrière. Une location globalement très agréable.

Bonne adresse !

Location bien située, proche du supermarché et à quelques minutes du bourg. La plage et le port haliguen sont à 5mn. L’emplacement pour la voiture devant l’entrée est très appréciable de même que le petit coin jardin clôturé à l’arrière. Seul bémol la rue est assez passante. Laurent et Muriel

que du bonheur !!!

Petit gîte très fonctionnel ne manquant de rien, et bien assez grand pour 2 personnes. Super bien situé à quelques enjambés des commerces et de la plages. La voiture n'a pratiquement pas été utilisée pendant nos 2 semaines de vacances. Un grand merci aux propriétaires d'accepter les animaux nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Belle petite location

La location correspond au descriptif, la cour est pratique pour stationner en sécurité un véhicule. Le local vélo ou autre est spacieux et les deux terrasses permettent de naviguer suivant l'exposition du soleil. Je conseille personnellement la location pour deux personnes seulement car espaces assez petits. Propriétaires sympa et sérieux.

Très satisfait de notre séjour à Quiberon

Cette petite maison est charmante et très calme, idéale pour 2/3 personnes. Le descriptif correspond exactement à la location, endroit idéale pour le repos en étant à 10/15 minutes à pieds de toutes commodités et de la plage.

Location près de port haliguen a Quiberon

La petite maison est agréable avec toutefois une toute petite salle de bain.les deux terrasses sont utiles et agréables malgré une rue des korrigans très passante.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est fonctionnelle, au calme et bien située. Le jardin est un plus, fort appréciable. Les animaux sont acceptés (mon cocker était ravi de découvrir un petit jardin). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et arrangeants. La région est belle, bref de bien belles vacances.
