Authentic renovated Breton house, terraced, with a beautiful garden and a garage. This rental for 4 to 6 people is located 15 minutes walk from the sea, Longchamps beach, and 900 m from the village, while offering a quiet and relaxing environment. It offers on the ground floor, a spacious dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A nice veranda overlooking the garden where the barbecue, table and chairs allow you to enjoy outdoor dining. Upstairs, three bedrooms are available. Each room has a double bed and cupboards.

Une très belle maison. Avec une véranda qui donne sur un jardin . Très lumineux et appréciable . Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Je recommande vivement. La maison était très propre et tous les équipements mentionnés étaient présents.. Une poêle de type crêpière serait un petit plus😉, nous avons fait des crêpes dans une poêle standard.. mais là c'est vraiment pour que ce soit parfait parfait. Nous étions 6.

Charming sem-detached gite in St Briac suburbs

Well equipped, clean, cosy and very peaceful, traditional Bretagne home. Pleasant garden and driveway for car. 15 min walk to beautiful sandy beaches and to town centre and marina. Good communication with our host Pascale. Only downside was need to bring own bed linen and towels.

Großes, geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem Garten, sauber und gepflegt. Strand und Ort können fußläufig oder mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern erreicht werden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Charmantes Ferienhaus, ruhige Lage

Uns hat es in St-Briac sehr gut gefallen: die ruhige Lage, das typische bretonische Steinhaus mit Holzdielenboden, der schöne Garten, die kurze Entfernung zum Zentrum und Küste. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich in der gemütlichen Veranda mit Blick auf den Garten aufgehalten. In der Küche war alles da, was wir brauchten, draußen grille war auch drin. Der Umgang mit Pascale war unkompliziert. Nette Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar: La Tchanquetas und Le Rusty. Beide ganz toll.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Fahrräder und vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Es hat einen tollen Garten, sehr gepflegt und einfach schön, um sich darin aufzuhalten. Zum Ortskern und zum Meer ist es zu Fuß etwas weit, mit dem Fahrrad jedoch gar kein Problem. Ich kann das Haus vollumfänglich weiter empfehlen.

De merveilleuses vacances

Maison de charme située dans une rue très calme et disposant de toutes les commodités. Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse et la simplicité de Pascale dans nos échanges pour préparer notre séjour. Maison tout confort et très bien équipée à proximité des plages. Un plaisir de prendre en toute saison le petit déj. dans la véranda donnant sur le jardin clos. Quartier calme et propre. Location idéale si accompagné d'un toutou. La région est très belle et offre de nombreux sites remarquables.

Proche de tout

Petite maison propre, bien équipée, il n'y manque rien, fonctionnelle. Bien située, proche du centre du bourg, de la mer. Nombreuses promenades à faire, beaucoup à découvrir. Vélos à disposition. Jardin clos plus qu'agréable et véranda bien sympathique nous avons apprécié prendre nos repas.

Séjour très agréable dans un endroit calme et reposant. maison bien équipée véranda très agréable donnant sur le jardin où nous avons pris tous nos repas Proximité de la mer à bicyclette (mais un peu loin à pied avec de jeunes enfants!) Un petit bémol: absence de volets!
