Wonderful Stay!

There were 6 of us, 2 adults and our 4 kids (16, 12, 10, 8). Our king bed was very comfortable! Most short term rentals will have a queen in the primary bedroom and having a king was one of my requirements. The mattress was very supportive after a long day of skiing. Our 16 year old loved her room with the queen bed, dresser and tv and her own bathroom. The three boys stated upstairs with their own tv and bathroom and really loved having their own space. The home was very clean. I enjoyed having TVs in each room and WiFi! The location is great and within walking distance to coffee and a grocery store. The downtown hot springs were about a 6-10 min drive depending on the time of day. Quiet neighborhood. Great Mountain View’s in the distance from the living room. Dining and kitchen windows. If we come back to PS, I will try and book here again. Oh! They have blow driers, little shampoo, conditioners and soaps just in case you forgot yours! Very easy check in and Check out!

There was plenty of room for all of us. I was thrilled with the dishwasher and washer and dryer as we had 2 kids under 3 with us. The location was great and the people very friendly.

Great Place to stay

this was a great place. View of the San Juan Mountains from kitchen, living, and master bedroom. Spacious unit. All the spaces (living, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) where great size and well outfitted with everything you need. Location was awesome as you could walk to local coffee shop, multiple restaurants, and City Market grocery store. Every possible store we needed (ski rental, hardware, food, grocery, gas) was within 5 minutes or less.

Nice Condo in a great location!

We loved the space and layout of the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the patio is amazing! Stores, restaurants and a great coffee shop are easily walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend!

Great location, great layout. We loved how well-equipped the kitchen was. We had everything we needed to prepare meals... even a crockpot! We loved the wood burning fire place and the fact that it was an end unit that had great views of the beautiful mountains. It was very clean and very well stocked. Parking was great and very accessible. Great location for access to downtown and skiing Wolf Creek!

Great stay

We had a great time in Pagosa and this place was the perfect setting to just relax and take in the scenery. Lots of green space to walk the dog and close to coffee shop, grocery and brewery. Thanks for sharing your place!!

Great place for families with Pets

We very much appreciated the cozy home with a great patio with plentiful seating and amazing views. We were able to bring our adult kids and dogs for a full family vacation. Having central AC was a nice benefit. Also very close to grocery & restaurants. Parking was convenient as well.

Good place for a group of 4

Nice end unit with good views and natural light. Good use of space with plenty of bathrooms for the guests. Kitchen is small and pretty well equipped, although there appears to a shortage of forks and the cooking utensils are scattered in many drawers. Queen bed is due to be replaced, as guests will roll to the center.

Nice Getaway

The home has everything you need. It is a nice and comfortable. Great for adults with limited mobility as there are two nice size bedrooms on the first floor. Loft area is great for kids to hang out and do their own thing.

Great getaway spot

Condo was just as described! Well furnished, comfy, with a great back porch and view! Loved the loft with the extra bathroom, everyone in our group had plenty of space to call their own. The condo is close to a grocery store and several restaurants, great location.

Cozy, Comfortable and Easy

Really enjoyed the stay. Condo was perfect for our group of 5. Equipped with everything we needed and check in process was easy. Two notes - I think this is advertised for up to 9 people and more than 6 or 7 would not work out well. For up to 7 it's great though.
