This house is made for you!
stone house in a farmhouse in a quiet hamlet near the Rance (1 km), 7 km from the sea, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Dinan. Attached with enclosed garden (15m2) you will have a garden and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is a cellar for storing bicycles, strollers and other equipment. . Beautiful hiking trails are nearby.
The house includes a living room with TV, sofa bed (2 persons), a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs welcomes you with a large bedroom (1 bed 2 places and 1 bed 1 place). The house has been completely renovated to today's taste. If desired, we provide you with all the equipment to welcome a baby.

Hébergement au centre de multiples découvertes (Saint Malo,Dinan,Mont Saint Michel...), tout équipé,au calme,et un très bon accueil des propriétaires qui restent très disponibles si besoin. Très bon séjour, nous recommandons.

Bonne situation et bon accueil

Très bon accueil. La maison est dans les terres mais bien placée pour rayonner dans les principales sites à visiter. Calme et tranquillité.

Vacances au bord de la rance

Idéalement situé entre dinard et Saint malo, ce petit gîte cosi est parfaitement équipé. Le contact avec la propriétaire à été excellent et elle est disponible et à l 'écoute. Je le recommande sans restrictions

Cozy Gîte

We liked the apartment very much and felt very welcome by the landlord. It’s a cozy cottage which is decorated nicely. The kitchen is fully equipped and works perfectly. The check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and communication with the landlord was very good. We never had to wait long for a response. Also there is quite a lot to see on the region and the suite is situated close enough to all necessary stores. There are only two points we would suggest to improve. Electricity is payed extra which we didn’t see in the listing (for us it was less than 50 c per day but if you heat a lot and stay more at the cottage it could maybe impact your cost). And the description of the surroundings would be nice to have in English as well as French. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend the Gîte.

Objekt nicht mehr ganz neu und auch die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht mehr ganz dem Zustand des Hauses. Trotdem zusammenfassend war es für uns o.k.
