Great condo at the beach

The condo was exactly as expected. Plenty of dishes for making meals, a few basic spices (all we needed). The sofa bed was so comfortable we adults would have slept on it instead of our kids, if needed. We chose this unit for location, bathroom with bathtub to bathe our kida, kitchen, and adequate beds for two adults and two young kids. The CB staff were responsive to questions although we had no issues. The complex is very well maintained and we made of the pool a lot. Beach right acroas the street and easy wal I ing to restaurants and stores. Would stay here again!!

The Aston at Maui Banyan

We were very pleased with this property. This was our 29th trip to the islands and this property was one of the best ones we rented on Maui. Very clean, well stocked of items we liked. The lighting in the condo was great. This may not mean a lot to many, but we really dislike properties that have poor lighting. Check in and out was extremely simple. We have nothing negative to say about this condo.

It was an amazing, comfortable property. The beach, stores and most restaurants were within walking distance. The property was well kept and staff were very helpful. I woud definitely stay there again if I go back to Maui!

Great spot in Kihei

This spot was a great location in Kihei! Just a few minutes walk from the beach, a large kitchen area, and personal laundry machines in the unit were great features. Food options nearby walking distance were great, and other spots in Kihei were just down the road! The assigned parking spot is very tight, so parking could be an issue if you don't have a compact car.

Wonderful Escape

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday here. The location is perfect with beautiful grounds and an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. It’s our third time at the Maui Banyan and this is the nicest unit we’ve had — fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and a balcony big enough for breakfasts. Would return in a heartbeat! Perfectly situated just steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops, the condo's location made exploring the island effortless and enjoyable. The condo itself impressed with its beautiful design and comprehensive amenities, ensuring our utmost comfort and relaxation. Nestled in South Kihei, opposite Kamaole Beach II, the resort is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and features amenities such as swimming pools, jet spas, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. The convenience of having ocean activities, dining, and shopping within walking distance, coupled with the condo's clean, well-appointed interior, made our stay truly special. The location was phenomenal, took us about 3 minutes to walk to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The layout of the condo also worked well for us with two bathrooms and a separate bedroom since we were traveling with our baby. We would absolutely stay again!

And the location was right across the street from a beautiful beach, one of the recommended for viewing sunsets and snorkeling. It was also very centrally located, but not right in the thick of Kihei, which was nice. We look forward to returning!

Cooked at home a lot and was surprised at variety of utensils, both for grilling and home use. Also, attention to detail was above and beyond - down to colored washcloths for makeup removal! Impressive. Yes, we would recommend with one proviso - the lanai has both air-conditioners vented there against the glass (plexiglass?) so the hot air swirls and never leaves. You cannot enjoy being outside unless you turn the ACs off and wait a few minutes for the heat to dissipate. But a) you don’t spend a lot of time in the room and b) the owner probably doesn’t have a choice of location. Just something to be aware of.

Perfect home away from home. Close to shopping, restaurants, snorkeling coves, golf courses and endless sunsets. Impeccably clean- stocked with beach chairs, coolers, towels plus the bed was super comfy with perfect pillows and extra cozy blankets. We really enjoyed our visit and didn’t want to leave! Mahalo

Immaculate with incredible location.

This place was immaculate and tastefully decorated with all new appliances. Place was very well furnished with great showers and a great bed. I am a detailed person and was so impressed how organized everything was in the drawers. We were so comfortable here and perfect for our needs with respect to location to snorkeling spots. Would definitely stay here again! I'd give it a 6 out of 5 stars!

Great Location

We had a great time in Kihei since we were right across from the beach and shops and restaurants were walking distance. So great to have two bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Amenities were used and appreciated especially the nice washer and dryer. We made full use of the cooler and beach chairs. Owner provided extra towels and a nice welcome gift when we arrived. Beach across the street was great and we even got some volleyball in.Minor recommended upgrade is the bedroom AC unit which was bit loud but we didn’t need it at night with the ceiling fan available.Would recommend this property for sure!

Spectacular!!!

Beautiful condo! Location, parking, minutes to beach, beach toys, decor, cleanliness, comfy bed…everything was perfect!! We were worried about not having a water view. We had a view of our own private jungle outside and we left sliders open, (screen doors shut), fell asleep and woke to the sound of tropical birds and ocean waves! We hope we can come back to this same condo unit next year💕
