Beautiful comfortable apartment in a nice quiet and secure residence in the city center, 2 steps from the train station and 10 minutes by car or bus from central Tours.
2nd floor with elevator, this apartment of 90 m² has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and private parking to easily park your car.
The living rooms are composed of a large living room of 35 m² with a large bay window overlooking a terrace facing south and a separate, fully equipped kitchen open onto a balcony where you can dine.
The sleeping area is separated by a double door and consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet.
Each piece has areas of storage and all the equipment necessary for your comfort: Internet access, flat screen TV, home appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker ...)
Ideally located for exploring the city on foot or through the region of the Loire Castles, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, is perfect for family holidays, with friends or for a business trip.

Appartement très propre, bien décoré et très calme. Le plus, les deux terrasses, notamment celle accolée à la cuisine si l'on souhaite manger à l'extérieur. Important : ne pas oublier les codes pour rentrer dans la résidence puis dans l'appartement !

Sejour en famille pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire

Appartement spacieux, agréable et lumineux. Nous y avons séjourné à quatre durant quelques jours. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire; il est au calme et nous avons appréciés les 2 terrasses extérieures ainsi que la place de parking privative. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Tours, Orléans, les châteaux de Chenonceau et Amboise. Nos avons aussi pu aussi faire la visite du Zoo de Beauval

Séjour confortable

Le logement était bien situé pour nos visites du Val-de-Loire (Châteaux). Le logement était très grand, confortable et offrait toutes les commodités utiles à notre séjour. Par ailleurs, nous avons été déçus de l'absence des propriétaires lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Une rencontre était prévue en milieu de séjour (changement de serviettes) et celle-ci n'a pas eu lieu. Malgré cela nous avons apprécié le logement.

Parfait pour un séjour en tourraine

Spacieux et très bien situé, l'appartement nous a permis de découvrir avec plaisir la région. L'appartement est spacieux et très fonctionnel, la place de parking est très appréciable et tout est bien équipée pour ne pas s'embêter avec le quotidien. Accueil très agréable pour la remise des clés avec de bon conseil. Un petit plus sur le ménage serait a faire (certains locataires moins consciencieux nous avez laissé quelques surprises alimentaire sous le canapé....). Je recommande cette location

Gute Lage, aber Schwachstelle Küche

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und sehr günstig zum Bahnhof. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. WLAN funktioniert super. Grosser Kühlschrank. Parkplatz vorhanden, reicht aber nur max. für VW Golf o.ä. Schöner Ausblick auf Gärten. Viele Informationen über die Umgebung vorhanden, allerdings nicht über den nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmarkt, der praktisch ist. Die Fenster müssten mal geputzt werden. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine waren ziemlich versifft. Besteck und Gläser mussten erst mal durch den Geschirrspüler. Teilweise noch abgelaufene Lebensmittel (z.B. Kaffee) vorhanden. Wäschetrockner verrostet. Eine Toilette defekt, war aber nicht schlimm, da die andere funktionierte. Dusche verkalkt, funktioniert aber.

Appartement spacieux clair calme agréable et très bien situé pour visiter la belle ville de TOURS. Les 3 chambres sont très propres avec une très bonne literie Les sanitaires sont impeccables dommage que la douche ne soit pas une douche à l'italienne pour un appartement accessible aux handicapés Nous avons été un peu déçu par la propreté de la cuisine (appareils ménagers, casseroles......) Comme nous avons loué sur une courte durée ce dernier détail ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour

Easy to get around

St Pierre des Corps apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, and well located. It works well with train or bus to various chateaus, and easily accessible by TGV to and from Paris. A few more basic kitchen and bathroom supplies would be appreaciated for longer stays. It makes it all just a little bit easier.

Bien située dans un quartier calme. Proche des transports en commun pour vous rendre à Tours facilement et sans bouger la voiture. Boulangerie à quelques mètres à pieds et supérette a quelques centaines de mètres. Très belle région avec beaucoup de choses à découvrir et à visiter. Tours est une ville vivante et très agréable. Nous reviendrons certainement... Merci pour votre accueil et à bientôt.

Annie et Lorène, Notre séjour dans la région de Tour s'est très bien passé. L'appartement que nous avons occupé est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et d'une propreté remarquable, c'est appréciable lorsque l'on prends possession des lieux. Dommage que l'on n'ai pas pu en profiter d'avantage car nous étions tout le temps dehors. L'environnement est très calme et la résidence est de haute qualité. Nice apartment!

Of the four different properties we stayed at on this trip, to me this was the best place we stayed at. The apartment was clean, there was secured parking for our car, and even though we were only able to stay one night, we made use of the both balconies. If I do come back to Tours, I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Un appartement très bien situé, spacieux, propre et offrant de nombreuses commodités (à quelques mètres de la gare de Saint-Pierre). Très bon accueil (merci Lorène) et explications très utiles (ne pas oublier le numéro de code d'accès comme cela a été mon cas... ).
