Come sneak away to your own private oasis at Paradise condo. This beautiful, fully updated condo is located directly on the beach! Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico while cooking a meal in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen or relaxing on the large furnished balcony.

Perfect for a family of four or two couples, this condo offers free WiFi, three flatscreen, cable TVs, and two bathrooms. On-site, slip into the heated community pool, or grab a towel and take a short walk right out onto the beach to dip your toes into the Gulf.

Take a ride on the free, air-conditioned Island Trolley, accessible just a few hundred feet from your rental, and cruise around Historic Anna Maria Island's seven miles of paradise, filled with wonderful restaurants, boutique shops, waterfront parks, and white sandy beaches.

*PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home with parking pass. 1 designated parking space is provided and guest parking is available, although not guaranteed. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking for any guests without a pass.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Last minute beach trip

We had to pivot after Beryl derailed our trip to Cayman. We found this magical condo and it couldn’t have been better. So clean, so comfortable, and the best location right on the water with a great clean pool. Great for family of 4. Host service was great and so accommodating when we wanted to stay another night. We cannot recommend this condo enough!

Wkomderful getaway

Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, modern, and the one wall of sliding doors opened onto a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach was incredible! The area is a beachy vibe and there are lots of places to dine or enjoy a cocktail. Very relaxed. Nearby is grocery store, etc. so all needs are met within walking distance or short drive. Only downside to this place is that you will have to walk up five flights of stairs, about 30 steps total, to access the unit. We are in our mid- 60's and just called it exercise, along with our beach walks each day!

Anniversary getaway

We had an amazing stay at Coquina Beach Resort! The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everything was well taken care of and super clean. The views were spectacular and being able to walk straight out onto the beach was phenomenal. This was the second half of our trip, we had went to Destin for a few days prior but fell in love with AMI and can’t wait to visit again soon. We didn’t even mind the stairs but wish the bed in the master bedroom was a little softer for our liking. I would definitely recommend staying here, 5 stars!

The view from the condo was beautiful, the beach and ocean were beautiful and the vibes on the beach were calm and relaxing. Our only problem (at age 76) were the stairs. Thank you for a great week!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in AMI. It was our first time to AMI and the location was amazing! We came with our two year old toddler and baby and the size of the condo was perfect. It was clean, within walking distance to restaurants/shops, and the beach was beautiful! We didn’t want our trip to end. We will definitely be back!

Ft. Myers Beach Refugees

We have been staying at Ft. Myers Beach for Spring Break for over 2 decades, but Ian forced us to do something else. We may have found a new happy place even after they rebuild FMB! This condo was wonderful and the island is perfect!

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and immaculate. Nicely decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. Property Manager was very prompt to help us with access issues that ended up being renter error. Much appreciated. Come with extra paper supplies if your stay is longer than two nights. We hope to come back.

Beachfront Bliss

Beautiful sunsets from our 2nd floor balcony! How can one not live this? 100-ft walk to the water making for great morning runs! One would certainly go back. Very polite management that allowed us a 2-hour late checkout. Thank you! ❤️

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this year at the Coquina Club. The condo was amazing! Beautiful sunset views, gorgeous beach, and great amenities! Very comfortable. The only bad thing was the emergency evacuation a day early due to hurricane Ian. Perfect place to stay and relax!

Beautiful property and great location.

We loved staying at coquina beach club for our family vacation. It had amazing views and was a direct walk out to a very clean and wide beach. The property was decorated beautifully, very clean and had great amenities. We had coffee on the porch each morning watching the waves come in.
