Cozy home extension of 46 m2, for 2 people, renovated, ground floor, fully independent, furnished and equipped, 1 CH with double bed, living room kitchen, bathroom; with patio / garden through which access to the apartment and relaxing in the garden furniture and pleasant barbecue meals outside. All this in the heart of a village of the seaside, facing the Chausey Islands and nearby Granville, parking, shops and services within 50 m.
Equipped with WiFi, large flat screen TV 2 bikes available to go down to our beautiful beach of 4 km between the 2 harbors Vanlée (Bricqueville sur mer) and Regnéville-sur-Mer, where you can admire the Trotters lead from dawn when the sea withdrew several km and as the tide times.

Eine erholsame Auszeit in der schönen Normandie

Sehr nette Gastgeber haben uns in einer gemütlichen Unterkunft empfangen. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die kleine ins Wohnzimmer integrierte Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage des Appartements war für uns optimal: in der Dorfmitte neben einer Boucherie, Boulangerie um die Ecke, Bar und kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber. Und die Spaziergänge an fussläufig erreichbaren Stränden und in Dünenlandschaften wunderschön.

Agréable séjour

Espace de vie agréable et situation géographique appréciable. Propriétaires sympathiques et accomodants. Merci pour la mise à disposition d'emblée du linge de toilette et de literie. Dommage que la nuisance sonnore d'une installation électrique du voisin gâche en quasi permanence la détente dans le jardin. Un freezer, en ces temps chauds, serait un plus assez appréciable, pour glaces, glaçons ou partir en pique_nique!

Bien pour dormir

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans les environs que nous avons visité. Le logement est bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons eu un peu froid la première soirée. Peux-être prévoir un chauffage d'appoint pour les soirées fraiches. Petit problème de fonctionnement de la télécommande de la TV . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le prêt des vélos, la boulangerie , le supermarché à proximité. La chambre froide de la boucherie à coté du gîte fait beaucoup de bruit et aurait besoin d'une intervention afin que la ventilation ne tourne pas en permanence à pleine vitesse. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et l'écoute des nos hôtes

Le gîte permet de passer un bon séjour, commerces à proximité

gîté très agréable et idéalement situé

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit gîte situé sur la place de l'église de Lingreville avec petits commerces à proximité. L'intérieur est confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut en équipement. La chambre, avec un très bon lit, reste très fraîche même en cas de chaleur ce qui permet de passer des nuits bien reposantes. Le petit extérieur est très sympa. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, prévenants et toujours prêts à rendre service. Je conseille !!

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung

Schön dekorierte Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Dazu gehört ein kleiner Garten um draußen zu frühstücken und zu grillen. Lingreville ist ein nettes kleines Dorf, Bäckerei, Fleischerei und ein kleiner Laden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Strand konnten wir mit dem Fahrrad (Leihräder der Vermieter) in 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, es hat uns gut gefallen.

Geen charmant verblijf

Wij waren echt teleurgesteld in dit verblijf. Geeft een donkere indruk bij het betreden steeds langs het slaapgedeelte. Woonruimte geeft voldoening en keuken is functioneel. Douche in de badkamer is alles behalve praktisch, de douchekop kan niet worden opgehangen en moet in de hand gehouden worden. Verder voldoende handdoeken en verluchting. De tuin is allesbehalve onderhouden en is overwoekerd door de groenbeplanting ook is er het geluid van de koelinstallatie van de beenhouwerij die zich achter het tuingedeelte bevindt en dag en nacht te horen is, zelfs binnenhuis. Ook waren we verrast bij het zien van een muisje in de woonkamer waarvan we de eigenares van op de hoogte hebben gebracht en haar gezegd dat we muizenvallen gingen kopen en in de daaropvolgende dagen hebben we 3 muizen gevangen waardoor ons verblijf dus allesbehalve aangenaam was.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Kleiner, ruhiger Ort in dem man aber alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Mini-Markt). Hilfsbereite Vermieter.
