About this property

Perfect luxury remodel with resort style back yard in Old Town Scottsdale!!!

Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Minutes from Fashion Square, baseball stadiums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and numerous golf courses. This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There’s also guest casita (contains a king bed but also the washer/dryer/water heater). The spacious floor plan allows guests to be together but never feel crowded. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there's 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in all bedrooms. The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The big backyard features a new swimming pool/hot tub area with lounge seating, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and backyard games such as giant Jenga and corn hole. WiFi and cable TV are included. We've done everything to help provide our guests with the most comfortable, fun and relaxation vacation possible.

• Early Check-In and late Check-Out (only when available) and requires at least 72 hours advanced notice to properly schedule with our cleaning company.

Sorority Reunion

Six of us stayed here and had a fabulous time!We couldn’t have been happier. Large living room and kitchen, 5 bedrooms and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We had a problem with the lock on the front door and Tim was there the next day to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale, 101 and was a very quiet neighborhood.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable house, fully stocked. Tim is a great host. Location was perfect for us from the airport, to restaurants and going to spring training games. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The pool and hot tub were the star of our stay. A few problems with the hot tub when we arrived, but Tim responded right away and was able to get it fixed quickly. Our biggest issue was the "guest casita." This unit was a converted outdoor shed attached to the carport. Inside the small space was a king bed, the washer, dryer and hot water heater. The water heater emanated a gas smell from the pilot light which was very strong and the washer and dryer smelled like detergent. Two of us tried sleeping in there, but it did not work at all and we had to double up with the kids. It really should not be listed as a bedroom. Otherwise the other bedrooms were comfortable and we were very thankful for the portable crib.

Old Town w Pool - great service

The owner Tim was very responseful and helpful. We asked if the house had a cooler, (someone had taken it), Tim had a new one there pleasantly within 20 minutes. Great recommendations. The check out list makes the vacation very smooth, enjoy Tim's House versus cleaning for the cleaners. Would highly recommend.

Expectations vs reality

The house worked well for our group; however, the cleaning smells were overwhelming on arrival. We left the windows and doors open for most of the first day, which helped. However, the smells in the 'casita' bedroom never did abate. The living room images online did not match the actual layout. There is no carpet or rugs anywhere, and no extra seating in the living room, as depicted online. That might have been compensated with more comfortable seating, if there were cushions on the benches around the dining room table. A few minor updates for the shower heads would help make this an A+ place. The backyard space was great. The backyard had plenty of seats. The whirlpool and pool were wonderful. Lighting at night worked well. Parking and the location worked well for our group to attend and spectate at the 2024 AZ Ironman.

Great house for golf group

First, the owner Tim was super responsive. We had a couple minor issues and they were addressed immediately. The house is comfortable and a good location to Old Town Scottsdale. My only criticism is the pots and pans are a little old and worn and the kitchen could use some tea towels. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

With 2 mains with en suites and a family bathroom, our 3 couples and one toddler had room to spread out and never share a bathroom. Just minutes from Old Scottsdale and close to the 101 loop meant everything was easy to get to.

Very accommodating for small or large groups

We were very happy with the home, very clean and perfect accommodations. The pool was very nice with lots of outdoor space. We have stayed in several homes in Arizona and found this to be an excellent value and great location. The owner let us know when the house was ready and was very responsive without being overly communicative.
