Beautiful park like sorroundings with Tennis courts , BBQ area , well equipped Gym and heated Pool . A 2 car garage provides easy entry into the townhome. The Master bedroom has a King bed , attached Master Bath with whirlpool bathtub and a walk in closet . A patio door from the Master Bedrooom provides access to a large balcony . The balcony is perfect for outdoor dining. The second Bedroom has a Queen bed and a separate Bath . A third room can either be used as office with a 2 writing desks or as a bedroom with a sleeper couch . Full equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher , toaster , blender and all utensils necessary to cook a chef’s meal. Washer and Dryer in the separate utility room besides the living room. Hardwood floors with high ceilings and a small bar in the living area invite for comfortable and relaxing lounging. 2TV ‘s and private Wifi provided.
