As a high end luxury villa you also qualify for free wristbands for unlimited access to the on site waterpark and clubhouse on every booking. So you can use the waterpark, lagoon pool and large spa as often as you want.

YOLO House is conveniently located on the renowned lakeside of Daulby Street in the Windsor Hills Resort allowing our guests to enjoy panoramic views of the conservation and lake whilst basking in the Florida sunshine and in the evening they can enjoy panoramic views.

Great Family Vacation Home

Great home for a family vacation for our adult kids and grandchildren. The house was spacious and clean. The pool and spa were excellent and the adults loved the tiki bar area.

We had a great time during our stay! The extended pool deck is the star and we spent the majority of our time enjoying the pool and outdoor tv’s. The resort was quiet and felt very safe. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to return to the YOLO house!

Perfect stay for our 3 families ranging from kids 10 to 18yrs. The pool area is one of kind in this area. If you like sitting outdoors in evenings with lights, pool, hot tub, couch and TV if place is perfect. All bathrooms are renovated and games room is perfect. Kids spent a lot of time at the pool house Our friends also rented house next door so it was just a perfect vacation. We will be back.

Amazing house!

This house was perfect for our family of 5! Everyone had their own space and we loved the outdoor pool space. Updated bathrooms and clean throughout. Perfect location to Disney springs and universal. Will definitely stay at YOLO again!

Thanksgiving Holiday

Overall the YOLO house was a nice home to enjoy a Thanksgiving holiday. The pool area was impressive with the tiki bar and lots of seating options. Unfortunately there were a couple downsides including an unkept patio (needed some power washing) and the motion lights were frustrating to deal with. Overall would recommend staying at the YOLO house.

Really Fun House Lots of Extras

Loved our stay, pool and spa heat included and lots of extra coffee filters, dish pods tissues etc. Things that made the stay easier. The upstairs was pristine and looked like it had just been updated. Showers also very modern! The hurricane had just came through so the back was dirtier than I'm sure it usually is. We had a great time. The clubhouse water was freezing cold but the slides did look fun. The main floor could use a few updates to match the very lux top floor and the back patio could use a little attention but for the cost of it I have no regrets. Very nice!!

We have stayed in Windsor Hills before, but this house was the BEST we have stayed in. The home was clean, open, and an ideal set-up. The main floor set-up was perfect for spending time together. Each room was beautifully decorated and not over crowded with furniture.

Perfect for a family 13

The house was exactly all we had expected from the pictures. Very spacious for a family of 13 and the outdoor setup with the pool and the tiki bar was icing on the cake. My 6 years old autistic son absolutely loved the pool. Sam was very responsive to any questions we had. We also ran into the property manager during our stay and he was very nice and welcoming. Perfect location conveniently located to all the Disney parks and all of your other entertainment needs from shopping to dining. This will definitely be our go to the next time we’re in Florida.

May 2024, 2 weeks Family stay

Just came back from 2 weeks at YOLO with 6 adults and 4 kids. Fantastic villa, pool and outside area, better than all others we seen on Windsor Hills (And there is a lot of good villas) Decorated to a good standard and so easy to settle in on arrival. Host Sam was brilliant, replied to any queries before and during our stay. Inside was loads of space and modern, kitchen fully equipped. Can’t get much better for location, 10mins from parks and 2mins from large Walmart, shops, places to eat, McDonalds etc. Games room fantastic for everyone. A lot of villas in Orlando look great on photos but do not resemble reality but YOLO House does. Huge washing machine made life easier and plenty of beach towels provided for pool area. Nobody will be disappointed staying here, highly recommend.

Beautiful House

The house was amazing. It had (almost) everything we needed for our big group which was in town for Summit and Disney parks. We have stayed at many houses for cheer and this one by far exceeds any house we’ve stayed at. It was clean, modern, furniture was sturdy and looked expensive, beds were comfy, garage had a game room and the outdoor area with pool, furniture and tiki bar was amazing and roomy. TVs galore! The kids and adults loved it! The reason for 4 stars is the communication with the property manager was lacking. We had a few small issues but it took sometimes a day for anyone to respond. The issues were with the pool pump not working properly (they did send someone the next day and resolved), broken cordless vac (but we were finally given instructions where the broom and corded vac were) and no face clothes! They said they were “too personal” to provide. What? Aren’t bath towels personal? And don’t they get washed? We were confused. We had a lot of females who needed to wash their faces so we had to go out and buy wash clothes because the house did not provide those. Not a deal breaker but weird! So heads up if you come to this house, bring your own wash clothes. They did provide pool towels which was very helpful since packing those are not easy. Overall, this house was amazing! You can’t go wrong staying here.

This house is as advertised! It’s a step above most of the other houses in the neighborhood as it’s bigger and the extra space in the pool area leaves room for dining outside and relaxing. The Tiki bar is also a home run! We had no issues and Sam answered the couple of questions I had immediately. We would definitely return!

YOLO has it all!

Top notch in every way. We lacked nothing at YOLO-everything we needed/wanted was there for our multi-generational group, including baby/toddler gear, fully stocked kitchen, televisions, laundry, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful en suites, games room, and spacious living areas. The outdoor area far exceeded our expectations. The outdoor living space is huge compared to other homes we saw on our street. We had sun into late afternoon & the pool, bar, lounges makes you feel like you are at an all-inclusive!

Perfect location

We were looking for a house that was close to the Disney parks and this was perfect. The house was perfectly clean especially the bathrooms! It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were so comfortable and the location itself is very quiet and safe. There was a problem with one of the bathrooms but the owner fixed it and was great to communicate with which is very reassuring when you are in a rental. Our children loved the pool too. The house has lots of space - perfect for families. Cannot recommend this house enough and would love to return someday! Thank you for having us.

We had such a great time. The YOLO House was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our time there. There was an incident with a very rude security guard at the gate on one of our last nights there. Other than that my family enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others

This villa is located on Daulby Street (Lakeside) which is arguably the best street on the Windsor Hills Resort - Yolo House is on an elevated plot with expansive views in the day which include Lake and Conservation area and in the evening Disney Firework views and with no rear neighbours, you enjoy privacy and tranquillity in the glorious Florida sunshine.

What makes this property unique

We have included many things in our villa at no extra cost to make our guests feel comfortable from the moment they enter the home.

These include the illuminated stairs and lighting systems which light up to welcome you. The interior design focus has been on convenient and allow them to enjoy a wonderful luxury comfort and socialising from formal dining to break away seating in the dining room area, bedrooms and games rooms all allowing our guests to enjoy and stress free vacation.

We have also included super fast wifi, baby equipment from high chairs, stairs gates to strollers and ultra fast phone and table chargers.

Our stunning bathroom remodels include rain showers with hand held shower heads and ooze luxury.
