Enjoy breathtaking views of the Catalina Mountains from your private balcony and the Tortolita Mountains from the dining room in this lovely two bedroom condo in the heart of Oro Valley. Take advantage of Arizona’s over 290 days of sun each year as you hike the many trails, bike on the longest bike path in the country, golf on any of the six golf courses within eight miles, dine and shop or just relax in your heated pool and hot tub just steps from the condo. The vibrant Downtown Tucson scene is just an Uber ride away. Savor the local flavors and see why Tucson is a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, one of only two in the United States.

We have a charging station so you can enjoy the free Wi-fi and relax in the spacious living room with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is ready for you to brew some coffee or mix an afternoon margarita that you can savor on the balcony overlooking the heated pool and gorgeous Catalina Mountain views. We even have pool towels waiting for you!

Nice Condo and Pool

The location was perfect to visit family at nearby Splendido. The condo was very clean, nice decor and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and small gym in the club house. The hosts (Steve, John, and Rose) own multiple units in this community, and we had such a nice experience with them last year, that we specifically looked for their rentals again this year. We will definitely be back.

We just returned and our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the unit along with the entire complex. I really want to compliment the owners. I left my necklace hanging on the bathroom mirror and they were nice enough to mail it back to me. Very nice and honest! We would stay in this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay and great experience with the owner! They were very accommodating and prompt with our requests. The complex is quiet and beautifully maintained. We found the unit comfortable, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the evening view from the balcony was the perfect way to end a day. Love that the check out process was fast and simple. Lovely long weekend stay

We absolutely loved the location and the condo. My sister and I stayed in pure comfort as we visited Tucson for a baby shower. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable! The view from the patio was also anazing! We enjoyed everything about our stay! Communication with the hosts was easy. They were very quick to respond and added a personal note to my inquiry my sister and I saved their information as we will definately stay here again.

Clean and comfortable unit

Upstairs unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. This is our first VRBO where there was a sharp kitchen knife! Uncovered parking space is close to the unit- we did not use the reserved covered spot during our stay. Hosts respond quickly to questions and were flexible when we needed to add a few days to our stay at the last minute. We enjoyed the cooler evening breezes and views of the pool on the patio. Note for vertically challenged guests- the toilets and bathroom counters are lower standard heights. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this listing.

Perfect little space

This condo was the perfect space for us to stay in while we visited friends in Tucson. It was close enough to everything we needed, the condo was very clean and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and every room had a fan to help move the air (because Arizona is hot in June, no matter how well your AC works). The hosts were very friendly and easy to work with.

This condo was perfect for us! It is well-stocked and tastefully decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony sipping wine and enjoying the lovely view of the pool and grounds. So much better than a hotel!

The hosts of the VRBO we stayed in were Steve, John, and Rose Caputo. They were so wonderful to deal with. Every time I had a question, they responded so quickly. And when my question was about information that they had already given me, they were so kind about it! The condo was clean, had many supplies, games, and just about anything you would need. The laundry room was a big plus! A very cute and comfortable place to stay. On our next visit to Oro Valley, we plan to stay here again!

Perfect in Everything

We loved this property for it's location to golf, shopping, restaurants and hiking. Property was very clean and is exactly what we expected. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was very clean and had comfortable loungers. The owners were easy to communicate with and the check in process was very easy! For two couples, we loved the split bedroom design as well. Next time we are in Tucson, we will definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at this beautiful condo!

We've returned multiple times to this beautiful condo and lovely location. It's spacious and nicely appointed - plenty of room for two couples and a kid or two. The porch has mountain views as well as sunshine and overlooks the pool area. The hosts are super nice and easy to deal with, and every detail is attended to. We'll definitely be back! 5 stars!

Why they chose this property

We love this condo because it is steps from the year-round heated pool and clubhouse. The mountain views from every window and the balcony are amazing and the layout is perfect for two couples on vacation or a small family. The open floor plan is perfect for together time and the split floorpan is great when it is time to turn in.
