Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Incredilbe Ski Condo
The condo was perfect for our family (5 people) for our ski vacation. Cute, cozy with fireplace and beautiful view of trees outside the large windows and patio. Plenty of space and the loft was hit with the teenagers. In-home washer and dryer great and easy walk to Quicksilver chair. We will be back.

Great Unit
No elevators! There is a bridge from parking lot to second floor but it still necessitates bringing all lugguage up a flight of stairs. Configuration of the unit is great... like other reviewers state having the extra bathroom is a big plus. Great view of trees. Furniture dated and seems thrift shopped, but otherwise we had a great stay. We accidentally overstayed by one day and management was nice about it and allowed us to just pay for another night. We'd rent here again (and pack lighter!)

Beautiful Property Great Location.
Had a great time and loved the property. My only critique is that the bed in the master bedroom is hard as a rock. Otherwise we were all really comfortable and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Loved this condo! It was a five minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. The bedrooms were really big and the three bathrooms were great! My family loved it and we would definitely stay again. Five stars!

Close to town can definitely book 2 shops and restaurants love the soothing view of pine trees from the window and the soft sound of the creek very relaxing had a ton of fun for my birthday

Overall we had a great time at the property and i think it was a decent place to ski in and out of as far as convenience goes. Condo could use some updating to make it more comfortable but overall great place for the price it was clean and had all the basics of a short term rental.

Cozy Winter Get Away
This property was wonderful! Conveniently located near base of Peak 9 for those in our group who were skiing and near lots of great restaurants and shops for those in our group who did not ski. The property managers were very responsive to any questions we had.

Never used our car once we parked- location is awesome! Comfortable mattresses and pillows, plenty of space for family of 5. Kitchen fully equipped. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent space for a group of 3 guys for a ski weekend. Bedrooms plus loft plus 3 bathrooms were great, as was kitchen and living/dining rooms. Awesome location, easy walk down to lifts and downtown. I hope to be back!

The condo is in a wonderful area, with a calming brook rushing behind the property at all times. The kitchen is spacious, as are the dining area and living room. The condo was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Treehouse retreat
Visited Breck mid-summer for some R&R. Property is situated on the 3rd floor and overlooks the creek / forest (feels like you’re in a treehouse) so relaxing but conveniently located walking distance to Main Street restaurants as well. All amenities were as described. Clean, comfortable with nice vaulted ceilings and would book again given the opportunity.

Wonderful location! From the main living area, you feel like you are in the middle of the forest with a bubbling, fast moving stream right out your patio door. As a bonus, this top floor unit provides extra windows facing the forest that really make it feel like you are immersed in the woods. Depart from the front door on foot and you can be on Main street in less than 10 minutes. While the furniture in the main living area was not the same as that pictured in the listing, what was in the unit was just as functional. Otherwise, everything was in order, with a well-stocked kitchen if you want to eat some meals in. The real test of a management company is not about their doing the 'normal' things as expected, but how they handle issues when they arise. We had a minor one we discovered late in the day and the following morning they had it fixed. We would certainly stay here again.

Loved the condo overall. Great bargain. Beds could be upgraded and couches are not same in picture. Couches could be changed out to make living room more comfortable for 4 + people to sit around at once. Great overall and would definitely stay again

Great location for a ski vacation. Property is far from the parking lot, so be prepared for multiple trips up and down stairs. Nice condo with kitchen stocked with upgraded dishes/cookware. Unfortunately does not have a smart TV, carpets are stained, needs to be painted.
