The Space:
Catch a great nights rest with a memory foam Queen master bed and a pull out sofa for your second guest, if needed. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, the living room TV equipped with a Chromecast, and coin laundry available in the building.

The courtyard offers a shared BBQ for ultimate summer delight!

The Neighborhood:
Nearby Carter Park offers tennis, soccer, volleyball fields, a sledding hill, dog-friendly play area & heated picnic shelter. Follow the steps near the Carter Park trailhead for panoramic views of the Tenmile Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. The distance to the top is easier measured in yards rather than miles, so this is a great short-on-time option. Carter Park is one of several popular town trailheads that provide access to a vast network of town and county trails, so if this short hike just isn’t enough, continue south on the Hermit Placer Trail and loop back via Jack’s Cruel Joke (careful, it’s steep!) and Sunbeam.

Getting Around:
This unit is easy for walking to and from town. One parking spot is available behind the building. The Breck Free Ride Purple Route picks up on Washington & Harris. Uber is also in town!

Other Things to Note:
HOA rules prohibit more than 2 guests in the unit.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules:
• Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
