CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The location is okay. The elevator is extremely slow. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. The pool and the food truck were advertised. The pool was never in operation the entire duration of our stay. The food truck left and never came back during our stay. The views from the photos of this unit do not show that the building next door blocks the view. It also does not accurately depict how the view is not that great. The condo felt dirty to me. Also, a pull out sofa was advertised, but was not there. There was an air mattress that deflated during the night. Would not stay at this property again.

Nice, clean condo on the beach.

Our family had a great time staying here. The condo provided everything we needed and the location was great being able to walk right out to the beach. The indoor pool was great for the poor weather days.

Very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available for the entire month. We should receive a discount, that was one reason we booked this place.

Very nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was amazing and you are close to restaurants and shopping. The one thing I would say is the queen bedroom is super small for an adult couple to stay in. It doesn't have a closet in it so the storage is minimal. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We had two families with babies under a year and the separate bedrooms was perfect for us. They’re far enough apart that the babies did not wake each other up and lots of space for multiple pack and plays. The place was very clean, perfect location to everything you need, and an easy walk to the beach with such little children. They were even accommodating to us to give us a late checkout to help us round up all the kiddos after nap time. Will definitely be returning!

The stay was absolutely amazing and well worth the money. Everything was clean and as pictured. The pool was great for children as well as the condo. The condo decor was simple, yet elegant and safe for infants. My twin girls crawled around without any problems. The only thing I would change is the amount of towels. I think the listing says that it accommodates 8 people, there is exactly one towel per person per day. If you don’t like washing towels everyday, there needs to be a couple more. But other than that, it was great! The location is perfect because the elevators were out of order more times than I can count, but you can park on the 3rd floor and walk up one flight of stairs to your condo.

Best family vacation ever

BEAUTIFUL spacious condo. Perfect for our long awaited family stay with 3 couples and a 5 year old. Master was huge with walk in closet and private bath. Amenities were on point would definitely recommend for families with small children we kept the pools busy from dawn til dusk. Right in the middle of attractions and walking distance to food and shops. Great communication with manager when we had slight issue with keypad it was resolved almost instantly. We will be back!

Roomy, Very Nice

We had a wonderful stay with Alabama Getaway at Seawind 401. Spacious condo, well kept, well equiped and clean. The only complaint we have is the bathroom tissue was of poor quality and meager supply, and no facial tissues. But still gets a five star rating from my wife and myself. Would definitely recommend to others.

I picked the condo because of the location, splash pad, cute beach decor and it wasn’t too high up since we have little kids so we could use the stairs if needed. The whole unit was great. Everything from the living room furniture to the comfortable beds. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this unit!

Fair at best

The refrigerator looked like it had been forceful hit to the upper freezer area. The ice maker was cracked badly the water dispenser didn't work. We answering our door at odd times for plummer working on the unit next door big leek. We finally left a day early. Sent an email to th a t effect. We received an automatic respone the day after we keft asking f or conformation that we had left. Ater the checkout time.

Grandma’s 60th B-day Bash

Our love for the ocean was the first thing that drew us to this condo, it sits within feet of it. A balcony that looks out at the ocean is a great way to begin & end a day. Beautifully furnished in all the rooms. The smallest room needs a lock on the door for privacy. Agency is easy to reach when you have a question.

Expected More

When we went to check in, there was no direction other than the address that was texted to us. We had to have a security guard help us find our room. We anticipated taking the elevator to get our stuff to the room, but there was a line wrapped around the parking garage to get on. We had to carry everything (with children) up 4 flights of stairs. There is only ONE (1) elevator for this whole building (over 20 floors). It was an absolute nightmare. We got to the room and everything was fine. Definitely could use some fresh paint. We sat down that evening and noticed how disgustingly dirty our feet were. I called the manager and they sent someone from housekeeping to mop again, and she told us that the floors didn’t look like they had been cleaned and showed us. It was gross… The kids splash pad was also disgusting and not well kept at all. The location was great, but we will be staying elsewhere for the price.
