It is located in the heart of Fayetteville 8 minutes from the University of Arkansas campus, Dickson and the Square, and 10 minutes from the newly developing Uptown area. It is also less than 5 minutes from one of Fayetteville's favorites, Gulley Park and within 5 minutes of Razorback greenway and Fayetteville's biking trail system.

BEST House in Fayetteville

We cannot say enough wonderful things about "The Yellow House on Amber." Check-in was extremely easy and the owner even sent a text message to see if we needed anything. Even though we are from Fayetteville, we appreciated the notebook with a list of nearby restaurants and things to do. Our family was building a house and we had to find a short-term rental ASAP because our house was not ready when it was supposed to be. The owner was EXTREMELY accommodating and made a very stressful time in our life easier. The Yellow House had plenty of room for us and our two kids. The kids loved that there were puzzles, games and toys in one of the closets. The fenced backyard was also very nice. We highly recommend The Yellow House on Amber to anyone looking to stay in Fayetteville.

Park line setting. Great location.

We spoke with the owner on our drive to Fayetteville and got squared away on the details of the property. Literally the home is 2 blocks away from a very nice park, sits in the edge of a bike/walking trail, and is 5 - 10 minutes from anywhere in town. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again on a future visit. Many thanks for sharing your property.

Great Fayetteville stay!

This place was perfect for our mother daughter group of 5! Clean and cozy and close to everything! Easy check in and felt very safe! Have stayed in this area before and I like this side of Fayetteville cause it is away from the gameday traffic flow, but still only a short drive to campus. We would definitely book again!
