SLEEP COMFORTABLY: 14 (+ 2 small children) Rest easy in our cozy chalet beds - 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Double/Full, 4 Twins, and special accommodations for the little ones with a Pack and Play. We've got your comfort covered with provided pillows and quilts. You have the option to bring your own pillowcases, sheets, and towels or take advantage of the linen rental service. 9 PM quiet hours for a serene atmosphere.

ACCESS: ALCA temporary membership fees, ensuring access to all community amenities for properly registered guests (see below). Plan your family getaway!

CLEANINGS: The cleaning fee includes internal house cleaning, it also includes hot tub cleaning, restocking of supplies, and swift check-in/out procedures.

SAVINGS FOR YOUR FAMILY: Our families have expressed the importance of choice, so we've kept linen rental services optional. With BYO linens and towels, you can enjoy savings of up to $212! RULES AND OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
* Guest Minimum Age Requirement: A minimum age of 25 is required for all renters unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. No parties or groups.
* Maximum Occupancy: In compliance with the STR Ordinance, our chalet accommodates a maximum occupancy of 14 people (+ 2 small children) maximum per town ordinance.
* Serene Evenings: To maintain a tranquil family setting, we observe quiet hours starting at 9 pm. This ensures a peaceful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment and compliance.​
* Dog-Friendly Policy: We welcome your furry family members! Approval is required for up to two adult dogs, and a fee of $25 per day per dog applies. Please ensure your pets adhere to our pet policy for a harmonious stay. Sorry NO Cats.
* Optional Linen Rental: Tailor your stay to your preferences. Linen services are optional—bring your own or take advantage of our convenient linen rental service. Save 10% with code MTMAPLEWOOD from Pocono Linens.
* Review and Agreement: Familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations before booking. We kindly request that guests read and understand the guidelines outlined in our Rental Agreement. - Proximity to Amenities: Your Mountain Chalet is strategically located, just 1/3 mile from the outdoor Minisink pool/playground and tennis courts, 1 mile to Beach 4, and 2 miles to the Island Pool and Tennis courts. Dive into additional summer activities with 2 lakes, 3 pools, and 4 beaches at your fingertips.
- Endless Area Adventures: Explore the abundance of nearby attractions, including 4 ski resorts, 3 indoor/2 outdoor waterparks, 2 casinos, outlet malls, a zipline, ropes courses, hiking trails, horseback riding, golf courses, go-carting, Bushkill Falls, fishing, white water rafting, NASCAR, and much more.
- Temporary Membership Benefits: Arrowhead Lakes Community Association (ALCA) fees, granting you access to 24/7 security, roads, gates, garbage services, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, pools, lakes, beaches, the gym, game room, lodge, and exclusive community events.
* You MUST accurately register and list ALL Guests for proper pricing. HOA fees are NOT included as Registration fee, vehicles and temporary memberships fees (which vary) are additional, required costs. These have been factored into our discounted pricing.

ALCA TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP (Access to Community)
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP (Ages 6 and older) = PLEASE NOTE: Register all ages 6+ as “Adults” to send correct fees.
- OFF-SEASON: April 15 - May 23 and again after Sept 3 : $2.00 / per person age 6+ / per day
- IN-SEASON: May 24 - Sept 2 : $8.50 / per person age 6+ / per day
* Toddlers and Infants - Age 5 and under are FREE YEAR ROUND!!!
Registration Fee ($20) and Gate Cards ($20/car) - (6 Cars Maximum)
NOTE: We need all car info at least 1-week before rental
* The renter must contact the owner within 24 hours of booking to confirm people and cars for Arrowhead acces/fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Refund Details: Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on your Channel Partner).
• Cancellation Process: A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Chalet in writing and obtains online cancellation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted.
• Refunds: For a refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. No refund is available for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. * Non-Refundable Option is Not Refundable.
• Early Departure: If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• Acknowledgment: By booking this rental, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this document and the rental agreement.
• Damage Deposit and Insurance: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required. Additionally, guests may opt for Accidental Damage Insurance for added peace of mind.
