Modern Farm House:Amazing Location. Shopping, Hiking, Fishing and Skiing

This recently remodeled three (3) bedroom Modern Farm House Cottage is conveniently located in Old Hailey and within a five minutes walk of restaurants, shopping, hiking and fishing. It is also within a 10 minute drive to cosmopolitan Sun Valley Ski Resort. The home was extensively remodeled in 2017 and has been appointed within high end finishes including marble countertops, hardwood floor and custom cabinets. The home has a wrap around porch that allows for hours of relaxation in the summer with a glass of wine or in the winter with a hot chocolate. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bedroom. The bunk room has a full size bunkbed and twin size bed.

We require a cleaning every two weeks for reservation over two weeks.

Bright rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hailey. The home had been completely remodeled a few years ago, featuring large windows and hardwood floors that created an airy atmosphere, especially with the high windows in the living room. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and there was also a grill available for use.

A Little Bit of Heaven in the Mountains

This light-filled “modern cottage” was everything we were hoping for! It’s very rare that a property lives up to the photos, but this one is even better! Comfortable beds, a great kitchen, amazing showers and an attentive host added up to a most enjoyable six weeks in Hailey.

Wonderful getaway in the Idaho mountains!

I'm hesitant to write the review this property deserves in fear it will be full when we want to return. This is an exceptional VRBO getaway. It is located in old town Hailey in a peaceful residential neighborhood with all amenities within walking or biking distance. The house is fully refurbished, believe the images, the kitchen / living area spill seamlessly together and are the perfect size for 2-4 to prepare meals. We spent hours on the front and back porches enjoying the cool summer air, beautiful yard and watching the world go by. We were a group of four adults but the house will easily sleep six. It is a perfect family spot. Sun Valley and its resort attractions are 15 minutes up the road but don't forget to explore Hailey and all it has to offer. If that isn't enough the owners are kind people who obviously love this property and area, are willing to share it and communicate very well. 10/10 we will be back. Thank you, Charlie

Paradise in Old Hailey

If you are lucky enough to rent this sweet spot you will be writing a similar review. I stayed for 2 months and didn't want to leave. Michael's place is in old Hailey, the neighborhood is really sweet, beautiful homes, friendly welcoming neighbors, kids on bikes to school pass every morning and afternoon, 2 minute walk to main street, great restaurants, grocery, bike path is 2 blocks and you can ride that to Ketchum/Sun Valley. It's groomed during snow months so get out your fat bikes or nordic skis. Michael's home is very comfortable if you prefer to hang out all day. It's clean, relaxing with the big yard/views, really cute decor, very well lit, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice front and rear porches for hanging out on. Wood River Preserve is walkable from house, great swimming holes in summer. Bus stop is 3 blocks for free bus to Ketchum if you don't want to drive to ski or explore Ketchum. There's nordic skiing in Hailey too (Quigley) if that's your gig. Best restaurant in Wood River Valley (CK's Real Food) is a nice 15 minute walk to south end of town. Michael's home is in a neighborhood with locals who are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Michael was easy to work with. Any questions I had were easily answered. I had groups of friends come visit during my two months and the home easily accommodates larger groups. Can't say enough good things about this property.

Best Wood River Valley Cottage.

This is our third stay. We highly recommend the cottage. The large living room with high ceilings and adjacent dining and kitchen were a joy to use. The three well furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms made it a roomy and comfortable location for a long stay.

Wonderful Facility

The house is completely remodeled. The three bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with supplies and upscale appliances. The back deck is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom surrounded by a large backyard.
